Pros:

We chose this apartment for a long stay but after 3 nights, we decided to go elsewhere.

Check-in/out is okay and instruction from the host is clear, the key can be collected from the office located on the parking level 3 after paying the required deposit.

Two-bedroom apartment is big, but could be cleaner (some stains on the sofa and living-room carpet). Two TVs in the living room and master bedroom but no live TV channel, you have to use your own YouTube and Netflix accounts, very good WIFI though.

Kichen has barely the minimum to cook a simple meal. Washing machine (no laundry soap), microwave, minimum plates & utensils for 3 people only. Not much of a view from the room except seeing a football field, highway and hearing the metro trains passing by etc...

Location is a bit isolated in the embassy area, away from the major attractions, but can walk to the Twin Tower with broken sidewalks & potholes etc... or take a Grab. There is a mid-size grocery store downstairs which makes life a bit easier.

Pros:

單位整體多塵，地板有明顯污漬及塵埃，地毯有明顯紅酒漬，廁紙供應不足，洗手間的洗手盆沒有凍水供應，洗手時只能走到廚房那邊的洗手盆清潔，非常不方便。淋浴花灑的水壓亦很低，水勢很小，睡房燈光不足，整體入住體驗欠佳，聯絡管理人員亦不容易，下次不會再入住此服務式住宅。

This place is nice. The pictures on the list is a little confusing me.this is not the building in the list. It’s aside of the building. The check in progress is not that convenient. Otherwise, it’s OK.

Pros:

No hot water for 2 nights, not informing us of switches on wall need to be turned on. Cleaned room once in 13 days and then didn’t leave fresh towels. Had to chance up. No pots / pans to use stove, only plates no bowls had to ask for them.

Pros:

The unit was beautiful and comfortable. The pool was very nice. We enjoyed the convenience of the grocery store being downstairs.
