Cons:

This is just for improvement, if possible provide a broom n clothes drying rack because we booked 4 days 3 nights. At least we can maintain the house cleanliness

Sangat tidak disyorkan untuk menginap di unit ini (43A-09, Aras 43A, Reizz Residence, Kuala Lumpur).

Tahap kebersihan katil di unit ini sangat mengecewakan. Selepas tidur selama satu malam, kulit saya mula berasa gatal dan bengkak. Saya mengesyaki terdapat hama atau serangga pada katil, yang telah menjejaskan pengalaman penginapan saya.

Selain itu, unit ini nampaknya bukan diurus secara profesional untuk sewaan jangka pendek. Kelihatan seperti pemilik atau penyewa tinggal di sini dan hanya mengosongkan rumah apabila ada tetamu, menyebabkan tahap kebersihan dan penyelenggaraan diragui.

Lebih mengecewakan lagi, unit ini langsung tidak menyediakan Wi-Fi, sedangkan ia merupakan kemudahan asas bagi penginapan pada masa kini.

Terdapat banyak pilihan apartmen lain di Kuala Lumpur. Sila fikir dua kali sebelum menempah unit ini (43A-09) supaya pengalaman perjalanan anda tidak terjejas.

The cleanliness of the bed was very poor. After sleeping for one night, my skin became itchy and swollen. I suspect there were dust mites or other insects on the bed, which seriously affected my stay.

In addition, this unit does not seem to be professionally managed for short-term rental. It appears that the owner or tenant lives there and only rents it out when there are guests, so the overall cleanliness and maintenance are questionable.

What was even more disappointing was that there was not even basic Wi-Fi provided, which is unacceptable for short-term accommodation nowadays.

There are many other apartments available in Kuala Lumpur. Please think carefully before booking this unit (43A-09) to avoid ruining your trip.
