Highly Recommend
Pros:

Very Fast Check In/Out procedure
View also very nice at night time can enjoy KLCC view from belcony.

Swimming and Gym facility very nice.
I really enjoyed to stay with Dreamscape.

Staff very helpful ☺️☺️☺️

Extremely Poor Communication and Last-Minute Cancellation

Cons:

The staff member was very rude and cancelled our stay at the last minute without informing us. I had already told him that we were on our way. We had booked the accommodation from the first day of our trip, and we were travelling with two children, so cancelling our stay at the last minute created a major problem for us. What makes the situation even more frustrating is that he cancelled the reservation because of our arrival time, even though our arrival time had been communicated to him.

المكان جيد، ولكن الموظفين سيئين ولا يقبلون الدفع بالبطاقة ويطلبون مبلغ تأمين و نسبة ارجاعه لك ضعيفة، و كل شيء حرفياً معه

المساحة واسعة و مريحة والإنترنت سريع

Cons:

الموظفين سيئين جداً، ومكان الإقامة يعتمد على التهديد في كل شيء، إذا قمت بتحريك الطاولات بجانب المسبح عليك غرامة إذا مررت من المكان هذا غرامة إلى آخره. كما أن الدفع يجب ان يكون نقدي ولا يقبلون الدفع بالبطاقة او من موقع بوكنج، و الموظفين يطلبون مبلغ تأمين و في نهاية الإقامة قاموا بتعطيلي وعدم اعادة مبلغ التأمين بحجة انه توجد بقعة على السرير (علماً بان البقعة صغيرة جداً وقابلة للإزالة بكل سهولة حتى بالمناديل المرطبة) و بعدها قام الموظف بإعادة المبلغ واشترط علي بأن اكتب تقييم ممتاز على الموقع للفندق في مقابل اعادة المبلغ.

Bad Reception, poor Wifi in the room, parking overcharged, doesn't feel like welcome as guest.
Pros:

Air-con is good, shower room water pressure is strong

Cons:

Reception is very poor. The person who communicate with me before arriving the apartment is not show up, didn't pickup my call, I waited for about 10min, the security guard told me there is a guy who sit at the front desk is the one incharge, I approach him, he is a bit rude, identified himself as the superior of the guy who communicate with me,. He requested me to pay cash for the room and deposit, I am a little bit unconfortable. Car parking charging RM30/Day which is overcharge., it took about 30min to get the key and settle the deposit as I do not have enough cash on hand, I had to ask my daughter who waited in the car outside the gate. After received the key, I need to find my way to the praking lot, which lift to use etc.. Security guard is more helpful than the incharge person. Wifi in the room is very weak, dining hall Wifi is good. I wont not come back here again.

Cons:

The owner texted me 1130pm,the day before we check-in,saying there was an electrical problem,yet on their status update showed there was no problem with their apartments. We were stranded in KL looking for place tostay because of them.

Pros:

Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price

Unfortunately, my stay at Reizz Residence was disappointing and definitely not worth the price I paid. For the amount charged, I expected a much better standard in terms of cleanliness, comfort, facilities, and overall condition of the unit.

The accommodation did not meet my expectations, especially considering the price. I have stayed at other properties offering much better quality and comfort for a similar or even lower rate.

Overall, I feel the property is overpriced for what it offers. The management/host should improve the condition, cleanliness, and overall guest experience, or reconsider the pricing.

I would not recommend this stay at the current price.
