Cons:

Even though I booked an apartment with 2 double beds, they still gave me one with a bunk bed instead, claiming the other had technical issues. As I can't use a bunk bed with my children I ended up needing to pull the mattresses from the bed to sleep on the floor. Check-out process was not smooth either. Even though I messaged in advance about our check-out time as requested, nobody showed up so I had to call and wait extra time, just so I get the ridiculously high deposit back.

Pros:

Easy to find..Easy to check in..got parking provided..staff friendly and helpful..the room is clean and neatly..got refrigerator..oven..etc provided..wifi is strong..TV can watch YouTube.. sofa and bed very comfortable...all the facilities got provided..highly recommend...next time come kuala lumpur...this one of my choice to stay..

Pros:

Nice and clean apartment. Close to amenities. There a supermarket at 350metres.

Cons:

Just a suggestion: it would be great to have a changenof towels and rubbish collection everyday. Some kitchen roll would have been great.

It’s one of the bad places I have been seen, i think it’s good for long stay not short
