Very nice hotel..
Pros:

A very nice boutuque hotel...
Rooms were clean, enough space to put luggages and still able to walk... ..good sized bathroom, amazing shower.
Air-conditioning also worked well.
Working smart TV.
The cafe attached to it had very nice breakfast selection of pastries and croissants...
Mr DIY is two shoplits away. Self laundry services are also just a few shop lots away.
7-11 is just at the back row shops.

Cons:

Its a little off the town centre. However its all easily accessible and short drive to town.

It was not a pleasant one and for sure I will not come back and will never recommend to anyone
Pros:

I like how they decorate the hotel with pictures of local places like forest and waterfalls.

Cons:

1. One of the counter staff (reception) was rude and does not even have knowledge of the location, she must be from outside.

2. The room was small and the hotel is stingy in terms of providing basic needs ie only 1 small bottle of shower gel and shampoo was provided

3. No designated parking area.

A bit pricey but worth it..
Pros:

Very clean, spacious room with good amenities.. I was surprise because standing steam iron was provided in the room.. Easy for me to iron my husband’s graduation robe.. The toilet was clean and has bidet besides the toilet bowl.. Water pressure was ok.. A lot of usb plug point near the bed..

There is also a cafe next to the lobby area but i did not go because it has no halal certification from jakim yet..
The hotel is located at shop lot area so it is easy to find food at night..

Cons:

Not enough light in the room especially at the dressing table.. hard to do my make up..

The road in front of the hotel was very bumpy and has a lot of holes.. must be very careful to drive there..

Clean big room

Cons:

Money minded hotel..request deposit in cash, then wouldnt give extra towel or change new sheets..dont help with luggage, customer has to carry to room themselve..lazy receptionist and no smile

Pros:

Location is perfect. Close to everything. There is a supermarket behind the hotel, right next door is a café with nice baked goods. Restaurants are also right across the street.

Pros:

Booked this property as a base for doing some hiking and sightseeing in the Perlis region. The location was what we needed but other than a couple restaurants, there is not much to do in the immediate area. The hotel itself exceeded my expectations. The room was huge and immaculately clean with all the basic amenities. The coffee in the cafe downstairs might be the best I've had in 2 weeks in Malaysia.
