Qualitat preu no dona l'alçada

La piscina és espectacular. L'entrada de l'hotel també m'ha?agradat.

Cons:

Per ser un hotel de 5 estrelles no està a l'alçada i l'expectativa d'un hotel d'aquestes característiques. Vam demanar fer el Checkout una mica més tard i ens van dir que no que l'hotel estava ple, però per una tarifa ens hi podíem quedar. En cap moment ens van dir que si volíem a la zona de la piscina hi havia un vestidor amb dutxes per si ho necessitàvem. Vam estar durant el matí a la piscina i cap treballador va passar per allà per poder demanar alguna beguda. L'habitació no estava prou neta, el terra estava brut com si no s'hagués fregat bé. En definitiva sempre que puc m'allotjo els marriot però aquesta vegada no puc dit que hagi encertat. No tornaria a triar-lo a Malaca, qualitat preu no està a l'alçada
