Good location but hygiene can be improved; staffs are well trained and profession, very friendly.
Pros:

Friendly staff, good location and a wonderful eating spot just right below the building, nothing much to complain in these areas.

Cons:

The sound proof is bad as got waken up by the door slam; the toilet is not spotless, stains are everywhere; staircase access only and not so accessibility friendly.
