De AC werkt, warm water.

Cons:

Zwarte haren op het bed, de vloer, de badkamer. Vreemde geurtjes in het hotel en de kamer. Enorm veel geluid van de snelweg voor de deur, ondanks oordoppen. De omgeving is niet best, geen fatsoenlijke eetgelegenheden nabij, geen normale of veilige looproute richting batu caves / waardanook. Niet best!

クライミングが目的だったのでロケーションはひじょうに良かった。

移動に際し、迂回したり交通量の多い道路を渡らねばならないのが難点

Nulla, solo il fatto che fosse vicino a Batu Caves

Cons:

Pulizia terribile, puzza di umido, blatte nella doccia, asciugamani sporchi, lenzuola sporche, prese della corrente non funzionanti, rumori continui, fuori dall’hotel la zona è terribile, barboni ovunque e zero sicurezza.

Please do improve the cleaning & hygiene matters start from the lobby, lift, hotel room corridor
Pros:

The professional staff & services. Acceptable clean room.

Cons:

1. The lift supposing being clean every day. The lift panel & wall seems to smudge with oil, dirt & a lot of dust on the floor.
2. The room floor & under bed still can find many hairs & dust.
3. Even though there are rules prohibited smoking in the room, sometimes we still can smell in the room air there's someone smoking in another room on the same floor.
