Pros:

Heel vriendelijk personeel, onze bagage was verloren gegaan in de luchthaven en als deze was terug gebracht hebben ze ons direct iets laten weten. Verder comfortabele bedden, propere kamers en een goede centrale ligging in de stad.

Cons:

Zoals bij vele verblijven zijn de muren/ramen niet zo geluidsdicht waardoor je veel omgevingsgeluid had.

Well located and Value for Money
Pros:

Very well located, have access to kitchen and hot water. Appreciate the fact that they provided 2 pillows based on my request. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Bed mattress is a little hard for me. Water pressure is low and shower is taking a longer time because of the lower water flow.

Pros:

L’établissement est récent et très propre. Les lits en dortoir sont confortables, avec une literie de qualité.

L’espace commun — cuisine, salle à manger, coin canapé et télévision — est un vrai plus : on s’y sent comme à la maison.

Le Wi-Fi fonctionne très bien et le personnel est particulièrement accueillant.

Cons:

Je me suis retrouvé dans un dortoir avec 8 hommes pour une seule femme. Je ne sais pas si c’était le hasard, mais la répartition pourrait être mieux équilibrée. Il ne s’agissait pas de jeunes voyageurs, mais plutôt d’hommes d’environ 40–50 ans, ce qui a renforcé mon sentiment d’inconfort. Je ne me suis donc pas vraiment senti à l’aise dans cette configuration, et les nuits n’ont pas été très reposantes à cause des ronflements…

Par ailleurs, la pression de l’eau dans la douche est assez faible, et l’eau chaude n’est pas toujours au rendez-vous. 🚿

A very clean and comfortable stay in an excellent central location.
Pros:

Even though we only stayed for one night, we had a very pleasant stay. The property was very clean and the rooms were very nice and comfortable. The location is excellent, right in the center and surrounded by many of the main restaurants, shops and everything else you might need. Check-in and check-out were both very easy and relaxed. We also arrived a bit earlier and were able to leave our luggage there.

I really liked the place and plan to return!
I especially appreciate the kindness and candour of the staff!

Special thanks to Tracy who helped me navigate the laundry process - what a gem!
And Ain who answered so many questions and was just so lovely!

The place is clean and has a nice lounge

I was lucky to stay in a dorm with quiet guests or none at all

The location is also great! And I loved watching the people gather to break their fast

Cons:

It can be a little noisy and the beds are on the harder side but so clean and I still slept very very well!

Pros:

Bella stanza quadrupla con anche divisorio in camera. Letti grandi, comodi e tutto pulito. Bagni in condivisione ottimi. La struttura è super tranquilla. C’è anche una zona comune all’ultimo piano perfetta se si vuole cucinare o semplicemente rilassarsi. Personale molto gentile e attento. Molto apprezzato il late check in in quanto siamo arrivati molto tardi, ma non c’è stato nessun problema. Posizione ottima, in super centro, tutto raggiungibile a piedi.

Good but...
Pros:

The location - it was walkable to most places I wanted to go.

Check-in was smooth and easy. Staff were pleasant.

The layout minimised noise from other residents with only a small number of rooms in each "corridor".

The bed and pillows were comfortable.

The area on the 4th floor with some cooking facilities and snacks. Drinking water was always available.

I used the laundry - definitely a bonus convenience when travelling.

Cons:

Having read reviews about security depoaits being kept for make up on towels I chose to use my own travel towel.

There were stains on the carpet and the chair in my room - as they say the security deposit is for extra cleaning then there shouldn't be stained furnishings.

The bathroom floor looked dirty - I'm sure it wasn't but the material made it appear that way. The grout in the bathroom needs to be maintained.
