Pros:

Fijne en schone kamers! Aan alles was gedacht. Tandenborstel, slippertjes, waterflesje en koffie. Het bed was lag echt heerlijk! Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Wij zouden hier zeker terugkomen!

Cons:

Badkamer was wat gehorig dus wij konden de kamer boven ons horen douchen maar voor ons geen groot probleem want in de kamer zelf hoorde je weinig tot niks.

I felt very comfortable during my stay. The hotel staff is extremely attentive and helpful. The room was spotless, and as a long-term guest, I particularly appreciated having a fridge in the room, which is unfortunately not common here in George Town. Regarding the noise from the street, don't worry – it is absolutely quiet inside the room. I will definitely check into this hotel again on my next visit. 💕

El personal era muy amable, estaba bastante limpio y las imágenes corresponden con la realidad de las habitaciones.

Cons:

No hay enchufes en la parte de arriba donde está la cama, y para apagar la luz hay que bajar abajo, con lo que implica subir a oscuras.
Y la taza del WC estaba sucia.

Helpdesk team really friendly, Kelvin really helpful. Room was clean, water pressure and heater is working well. Too bad didn’t take any photo during the stay because quite busy with work.
