Nice and friendly place for 2-3 nights in George Town
Pros:

Nice room, close to the Tourist attractions, very helpful staff

Pros:

The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great .The location was good.....opposite a shopping mall and close to Komter, for. buses. It was about a 20 minutes walk to the bars and restaurants of Chulia St and Love Lane.

Cons:

It was very difficult to cross the road in front of the hotel. It was essential to use the pedestrian crossing a little bit away (there wasn't any traffic noise In the hotel)

Pros:

The stuffs were so helpful and kind, the place is worth the money considering it’s nearby many attractions

Cons:

Kinda wish the iron was better and gave a real iron board instead of table, the soap also feels like hand soap, the aircond couldn’t reach the upper bed

it was amazing, very clean, near and convenient stay, which is what we wanted for our short trip.

The toilet pipe is busted a bit. The rooftop space could be more lit up at night!

Thank God it was a short stay, wouldn't take it again
Pros:

Staff was not accommodative to reasonable request (eg. 2nd room card, room was hot and stuffy)

Cons:

I understand this is a VFM stay for the price i paid, but i think there's a line between stingy and a budget hotel

Lovely stay in Penang
Pros:

The property is conveniently located in George Town and is easy to get to from all of the main areas. It’s a nice, quaint property and is managed well.

Cons:

The walls did feel quite thin at times so you could here people in other rooms

Nice rooms but noisy side
Pros:

I liked everything about the stay and the host.
It was clean and tidy. The beds were spacious and comfy.

Cons:

The only thing I do not like it was too noisy- we had to use earplugs at night. Try to get a room not on the street

Not great for luggage - located on a busy road with zero parking for even off-loading

Cons:

Lack of parking to offload bags and temporary desk staff leaving zero flexibility for early check in or any other issue. The bed was at ankle height - not a proper bed - a mattress on the floor
