Fijn verblijf
Pros:

De locatie, op loopafstand van de Petronas Torens.
Het zwembad, perfect om (met de kinderen) bij te komen van een jetlag. Wel wat weinig ligbedden, met name in het weekend. Op maandag was het een stuk rustiger. Het ontbijt was prima.

Cons:

Eten bij het hotel is relatief duur in vergelijking met andere restaurants.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the services provided by all the friendly staff.
Pros:

The facility such as the pool, kids club and gym were above my expectation. The 24-hour food service was great although a bit too pricey.

Cons:

The parking service could be better. A little bit of a hassle to validate parking every day and even after that we still had problem to exit and enter again.

Great staycation but not nice for walking around, limited food options.
Pros:

Great stay for families with huge pool and great outdoor and indoor play facilities.

Cons:

The location is not nice, there’s no restaurants within walking distance other than Suria KLCC mall or other hotels. Breakfast wasn’t included but we ended up paying the high cost for the buffet several times because there was nowhere else to go.

Bel hôtel , bien situé

Cons:

La piscine partagée avec d’autre établissement. Beaucoup de monde et de bruit. Très peu de transat et d’espace autour de la piscine.
Nous avons fait le tour de la Malaisie et Thaïlande et c’est bien la première fois que nous avons été aussi déçu de la piscine.

Pros:

Free bottles of water in room, free Wi-Fi.

Cons:

Surprised that a hotel of this calibre doesn't provide bidets in its higher specced rooms. Would be a welcome inclusion to make the stay more memorable.

Lovely family friendly hotel
Pros:

The room/bed was spacious enough for a family of 3. It was clean and I appreciate that they have a bidet. Staff was kind too.

Cons:

Not about the hotel in particular. Unfortunately we met a lot of impolite and entitled tourists at the hotel. Those with no lift etiquette, those that were loud after 9pm.

Exceptional!
Pros:

It is clean and comfortable. The staff are super helpful and easy going as well. Excellent place to stay!

Cons:

The hotel is located at a busy area. If you need to go to the airport , you will need to plan earlier to avoid the traffic.

Breakfast was good, many choices. Location very strategic. Only 800m to KLCC by walking. Facilities goods. My kids enjoy with pools and kids playground.
