Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Son emplacement est parfait : les tours Petronas sont accessibles en seulement 10 minutes à pied et le Skytrain, situé à 5 minutes, permet de rejoindre Bukit Bintang en une dizaine de minutes.

La piscine est un vrai plus, surtout pour les familles. Elle est très grande, avec des toboggans et des espaces de jeux que les enfants ont adorés. Le seul petit bémol est le nombre insuffisant de transats et l'absence d'un espace pratique pour poser ses affaires.

Le petit-déjeuner est copieux, varié et de très bonne qualité, à condition de le prendre au restaurant du rez-de-chaussée. Nous avons d'abord testé celui situé au 1er étage, mais le choix y était très limité, avec de nombreux produits absents. À l'inverse, celui du rez-de-chaussée est beaucoup plus grand, offre un très large choix et vaut vraiment le détour. Nous ne comprenons d'ailleurs pas pourquoi il existe une telle différence entre les deux.

Dans l'ensemble, c'est un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Nous avons été ravis de notre séjour et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir lors de notre prochain passage à Kuala Lumpur !

We had such a wonderful stay at Four Points by Sheraton Kuala Lumpur! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from check-in until check-out. We were pleasantly surprised to be offered a room with a beautiful pool view, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The highlight of our trip was definitely the pool—our kids absolutely loved it and had so much fun that they didn't want to leave! The facilities were excellent, and the breakfast had a great variety of delicious food.
Thank you to the amazing team for making our family stay so memorable. We truly appreciate the warm hospitality and can't wait to come back again. Highly recommended for families visiting Kuala Lumpur!
