Pros:

Staff that attended to room service were very corteous and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool great for kids.

Cons:

No extra bed available, but paid for 3 occupants. Bed is not extra large as expected. Did not get high floor as requested and no reply to the request. Elevator to parking is through a small space next to registritation counter and is not labeled well at all. Pool not good for adults.

Wonderful stay, great location and lovely staff.
Pros:

From the perfume entrance and welcoming smiles to the amazing pool. Our room was breath taking and the view incredible. Amazing poolside pizza too!

Cons:

We had the most amazing room but the noise was quite bad from the road and every night there was some event close by maybe in ballroom that went on so late it was so difficult to sleep. Even with ear plush offered by staff.
Also while the pool supervision staff were excellent, the staff at the pool bar didn’t come and clean up after guests and I had to request after several hours of dirty plates etc sitting there from previous guests.
