Grace provided an excellent welcome. Her warm smile and the way she communicated with guests were truly outstanding. She was friendly, professional, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. Excellent service!

Cons:

My daughter was injured at the kids' pool slide area when another child, who was wearing shoes, stepped on her finger while waiting/playing near the slide. The impact caused pain and injury to her finger.
The slide area was crowded, and allowing children to wear shoes in this wet play area created an unnecessary safety hazard. Shoes have harder soles than bare feet and can easily cause injuries when children are in close proximity.

Great until see room
Pros:

Facilities and staff very exceptional. Very impressed with the breakfast.

Cons:

Toilet comes with translucent glass. The light can see through this glass and it is very disturbing.
