Good value, but could improve more on cleanliness
Pros:

Location is good.
Near plenty of attractions.
Indoor parking availability.
Good swimming pool for kids.
Spacious and plenty of beds for many guests.
Easy checkin/checkout. No need to go thru receptionist.

Cons:

Toilet not that fully clean. There’s grimes on the edges and seams.
Toilet sink has no sink stopper.
Utensils felt a bit unclean
Musty smell when checked in.
Perfume also finished and not topped up

Petit bémol car la chambre ce situe collé aux ascenseurs et on les entend monter et descendre. Mais nous avons quand même bien dormi

Péssima experiência

Cons:

Limpeza, cheio de pó por todo o lado o bolor preto na casa de banho é bastante. Como fiz o check in muito tarde e tive mesmo que passar uma noite, tentei contactar o anfitrião que nunca se dignou a atender nem a responder aos contactos. De momento ainda tento recuperar o meu dinheiro, porque sinto-me vítima de " fraude".

Appartement très bien placé a 15 minutes a pieds du centre ...

Disappointed
Cons:

The bathroom tiles was dirty and had black stains. Before check in we told the owner that we have kids and please ensure the house to be clean. However we the 1st room was dusty and the toilet walls were dirty. The digital door lock always beeps saying batery is low and few times we were not able to unlock it back ended up had to call the owner midnight for him to reset the password.
Owner did not inform on the heater setting had to call back asking why the heater was not working then it was acknowledged that the heater need to switch on for 30mins before using. Since the heater uses one main switch the heat is not working when 2 washroom used at the same time.

Worst place to stay
Pros:

Totally not recommended. I check in and immediately checked out. Did not even stayed for more than 10 mins in the room.

Cons:

Everything from parking, lift, room, facilities, cleanliness, smell of the room, bedsheets are sticky, everything. There were 5 lifts, but only 1 is operating. The waiting was too long.
