Pros:

The room is clean and tidy. The staff is very friendly and helpful too. The food served is delicious The water dispenser at the corridor and a big glass bottle provided in the room is a bonus to me.

Should improve your safety standard
Pros:

Reasonably priced

Cons:

My room’s door was not closed after I got back. I had talked to the counter staff but just been told was because of carelessness from the cleaners. Imagine if I left valuable items in the room , that was really unacceptable kind of safety standard for a hotel.
I even told the staff to check on the cctv to verify if anyone got into my room but I yet to receive their reply. What a big disappointment!
