Pros:

1) Did not let us check-in till 5pm. Check-in was listed as 2pm
2) Toilet was broken and no soap was provided
3) Broken window that could not close in the room let in all noise from busy street
4) Room was hosed down to clean it making everything in room and bathroom wet, including the toilet paper. Dark hairs still in the bathroom sink
5) Received smaller room than booking
6) No water or basic toiletries like shampoo provided

Pros:

Poor check in experience, lack of prof. service and dicey charging/receipt provision. Poor mattress /bedding, Was charged for advertised king but was a queen bed with short blankets. Low quality toilet area. Water was yellow colored and did not trust it to take a shower. Outlet did not work and was hanging by a wire. Stayed on 3rd floor with no lift. Noisy at night due to the street scene and next room through wall noise. We tried it because of its high rating but that turned out to be false in almost every manner.

Perfect location, good value for money
Pros:

We needed a stay for a flight stopover for 12 hours only. It is in a very central point of the city. The receptionist was very friendly. The overall hotel condition is a bit worn and not great, but if you will not stay too long, Hotel MSP is more than enough.

Pros:

Value for money stay. Walls are thin, can hear people, TV from other rooms. Strands of hair under the blanket. Newly renovated hotel. Surroundings have alot of Indian muslim mid-eastern food that opens till late. Surroundings do have some homeless people sleeping on the streets. A 24-hour convenient store 1 minute walk away.
