Customer is Not Always Right
Pros:

The room was spacious.

Cons:

1) Customer is not always right. That's why it is important for staff to have the right attitude and communication skills to inform the customers CORRECTLY where they should park. Don't assume that customers have been there many times, when it was their first time. Even to that area. An apology would be great for the miscommunication but none was uttered by the Receptionist.
2) Water heater was not hot enough.

the receptionist is very friendly and the facilities they provide also very convenient. i really love the room and for me personally feels aesthetic. I'm sure gonna repeat again

Pros:

Did not include breakfast. Location was strategically plan with numerous amenities n facilities.
