A/C had no individual control. Maybe 5 degrees cooler than ambient. Mold all over bathroom. Mold on pillows and sheets. No a/c would be the reason.
A non smoking hotel with my neighbor who smoked a bunch. Since a/c seemed to be shared with him, my room was filled with smoke. Had to change rooms at 4:00 in the morning.
The staffs were so good to me and the location of the hotel is really good for tourists, this was my first time visiting Malaysia and to be honest I really enjoyed my stays in floresta hotel .

The location is very good. It's on the street food lane, market. Also, it's easy to go to the MRT.
The staff are good and take good care of my parcels.
Underneath the bed hasn't been cleaned. No shower gel but we have our own so we didn't tell the staff.

Good location close to Chinatown - many eating places restaurants
Cleaning disposal of rubbish in the room or making the bed
It was well located.
It was very dirty, particularly the floors and the walls. It had a convoluted layout that made it seem like a firetrap. They had 2 elevators in 2 different locations you had to take. I found myself lost in a some very very smelly hallways. Run! I moved to the very nice Hotel Yu even though I only stayed 1 of 3 nights there!
