Great stop over travelling from UK back to Australia.
Pros:

We were late for breakfast but staff accommodated us with a smile. Excellent service.

Cons:

Only stayed 2 nights 3 would have been better

Well located funky and friendly hotel.
Pros:

An overall very good experience. Breakfast is diverse and staff were very attentive. Rooftop swimming pool is excellent. The associated restaurants and bars make this place an excellent 'one-stop-shop' for anything. Concierge were most helpful throughout.

Cons:

The exercise/workout room is poor but then I did not notice many visitors.

Pros:

This is my favourite ever hotel! - and I travel A lot !
We stayed in a standard room, - nothing standard about it , it was large, stylish and very very comfortable. I travelled with my daughter - age 21 and we have a lot of stuff yet it fell spacious and the decor is very chilled , not at all corporate .
The food at silver monekey is amazing
The pool is very groovy and a fab space
The staff- nothing is too much trouble ,
Special thanks to Ruby who is a fabulous silver monekey waitress , made our stay !
Also massive thanks to masud our room service , he made us smile every day with animals made out of towels !
We absolutely loved it here , would come back in a heartbeat !- 11 out of ten ❤️

Zweiter Aufenthalt der Reise:
Man hätte direkt fragen können ob man das vorherige Zimmer mochte und ein ähnliches möchte.
Hatten dann erst eines erhalten was uns leider schlechter gefiel und anders geschnitten war.
Whats App Service top! Super netter Angestellter!
Konnten Zimmer tauschen, aber direkt zu Beginn diesen 5 Sterne Service und alle wären zufrieden gewesen.

Ansonsten wieder hervorragend!
Toller Service beim Frühstück (Grüße an den Küchenchef. Vegane Bedürfnisse wurden direkt bearbeitet).

Cons:

Wie schon beim ersten Mal manchmal nicht das 5 Sterne Erlebnis was möglich wäre.
Aber jammern auf hohen Niveau - haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt!
