Gorgeous hotel in KL
Pros:

Absolutley stunning hotel. The room was spacious, immaculately clean and comfortable. The hotel facilities are top tier, the gym was well equipped and the pool was lovely. Breakfast is delicious and the staff were very helpful and kind.

Good Hotel but can do better.

It was a good location& a good gym

Cons:

I didn’t like that the hotel did not accept my HIG membership as I made the booking through booking.com. No acknowledgement from staff that I was an IHG member. Pool was not operating when we had time to use it. Light near bed are hard to read panels.

Culture maxed with modern design. Big rooms than where quiet an comfortable. Staff trough out the hotel we lovely and always helpful

Bazén, jen škoda, že zavíral v sedm. Restaurace The Silver Monkey s báječným výhledem. Moc milý personál, nic nebyl problém a všichni se usmívali.

Cons:

Kdyby přiložení karty ve výtahu mělo světelný nebo zvukový signál, že ji terminál zaznamenal. Mnoho spolucestujících výtahem s tím mělo stejný problém.

Stayed at Hotel Indigo Kuala Lumpur on the Park and had a fantastic experience. The hotel has a stylish, modern design with a boutique feel, and the rooms are clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The location is excellent—quiet yet still close to KLCC and Bukit Bintang. Staff were friendly and attentive throughout the stay, making everything smooth and welcoming. The rooftop pool and city views were definitely a highlight. Overall, a great stay and highly recommended for a comfortable city break in Kuala Lumpur.
