Traumhotel in der City
Pros:

Ein modernes und schickes Hotel in der Großstadt! Wir haben uns sehr wohl hier gefühlt. Die Zimmer sind groß und sehr sauber. Die Pool-Anlage auf dem Dach ist ein absolutes Highlight mit einem tollen View auf die Stadt. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend und abwechslungsreich, hier findet wirklich jeder etwas. Eine absolute Empfehlung!

I did like the location.

Cons:

As a European traveler, I sometimes find the hotel classification in Asia a bit different from what I’m used to. In my opinion, this hotel is a good 4-star property, but it does not fully meet the expectations of a 5-star hotel.
One thing that surprised me was that the swimming pool closes quite early. The cocktail selection at the bar also felt unusual – most of the drinks were very sweet, which might explain why the bar often seemed quite empty.
Overall, it’s a good hotel, but the 5-star rating felt somewhat optimistic.

A szálloda személyzete rendkívül kedves , mindenki , az étteremben, a recepción és a portán is! A medence nagyon hangulatos és persze tiszta minden. Az ételek finomak és nagyon változatosak . A szoba tágas és jó hogy van vasaló.

Sehr stylisches Stadthotel mit allem Komfort
Pros:

Sehr stylisches Hotel, umfangreiches sehr leckeres Frühstück, toller Pool und super nettes Persona. Zentrale Lage. Die Twinttürme waren sogar so Fuss erreichbar (15 min). Der Pool ist ein Traum und genügend gross zum Schwimmen. Die Zimmer waren ganz besonders geschmackvoll im asiatischen Stil eingerichtet.

Cons:

Es gab nur zwei Kaffeemaschinen, die öfter mal ausfielen aber man konnte auch eine Bestellung aufgeben

Sehr gut gelegene Unterkunft mit schönem design. Schöner Pool umd gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Trotz vielen positiven Sachen muss auch folgendes gesagt werden: Der Flur zu den Zimmern fühlt sich an als wäre man in der Antarktis. Auch in der bar ist es sehr kalt.
Beim Pool hat es leider zuwenig Liegen oder sie werden einfach belegt, was sehr schade ist.
Was auch sehr unangenehm ist, ist dass die Kleidung nach dem Frühstück sehr stinkt und sie gewechselt werden muss…

Really great location opposite KL Tower. Hotel was modern and generally well kept in common areas. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

Our room was a little dusty and there was some small marks on our bedding.

Extremely pleasant hotel. Brand new with great pool and a nice gym at the top floor. Tasteful decor, clean and welcoming.

Cons:

Breakfast staff was a little inconsistent. First day we didn’t get to order from the à la carte offerings, just showed to the table. Second day another staffer made up for it with great enthusiasm.

Wonderful cosy stay at the boutique hotel.
Pros:

Love the KL skyline from the room. Overall good 5 night stay, bedding was comfortable, room deco was appealing and facilities in the toilet and gym were great.

Cons:

Parking was inconvenient as only valet park service is available. Guests are unable to park their own car due to the need to use lift access for the car.
