I really don't know how to rate.. The overall experience wasn't what I expected..

Cons:

The bathroom was a failure shower was literally trickling the facility in the bathroom was far from working window was broken sink piping was defective.. Water was leaking below.
I was given 1 towel. Explanation from staff was short of towels floors were not clean at all

I'm staying for two days and i'm satisfied with the price i pay
Pros:

I like the room im in, I'm choosing twin deluxe and it's worth the price. I dont mind a little wood crack, old tv and old aircond because all functioning well also the room is more spacious compared to the other hotels with the same price

Cons:

The parking, because the hotel not reserve you the parking, if you luck you get to park nearest the hotel but if you unlucky then your paking maybe far from the hotel.

okay building but good area
Pros:

I like how to location is an area that has access to almost everything, from marts and restaraunts to pharmacies. overall the area was very ideal.

Cons:

umm the rooms were quite small but its okay for the price. I feel like the building is quite old and also some of the rooms werent ready yet when we were checking in.

It was passable and the price is worth what you paid.
Pros:

I like the location but there's no parking space allotted. I like that every request I made, it was done.

Cons:

Housekeeping is only done when requested. Bath towels are lacking and unfortunately, it smells like it was folded and kept when fabric is still wet.

Pros:

Staff very good and courtesy but rooms not clean enough and specially no hot water many time I have complained no response came to me due to the location I have continue for two weeks

No elevator you have to carry the baggage in stairs

At least got water bottle inside the room

Cons:

Feel not comfortable specially got 2 guys open the door when I'm sleeping at 2.40am, lucky I use chain to lock and hold the door to stop them go inside.

Good stay, cozy room and quite. Need lot of effort to find parking.
Pros:

The hotel is in the middle of all amenities, centrally located for everything in Taipan. Good hotel, cosy, not much I can say about the hotel.

Cons:

Not easy to find parking, I need to drive circling around few times and try the luck. The hotel dont have elevator only 2 storey.
