Lovely room with luxury products for customers use. L’Occitane, Dyson hair dryer,, complimentary soft drinks & snacks. Chandeliers in the bedroom. Exceptionally attentive staff, very comfortable bed. 2 pools, lovely & clean

Ideal location and accommodating staff, but not what you might be expecting if you like established hotels.
Pros:

The room has everything you need plus the extras. Staff are very accomodating and only a message away from assisting you with any problems, questions, or even if you would like your washing done on-site. Location is ideal, as it is right above the Imago Mall, which is a great place to go on a shopping spree or eat some delicious food!

Cons:

Property photos and description is a little deceptive regarding the type of property it is. It makes you think that you are going to stay at a “hotel”, but it’s technically a subdivided apartment, made into multiple rooms. Due to the fact that it’s subdivided, the walls are somewhat thin, therefore you can hear people in other rooms if they are loud. Additionally, I didn’t mind too much because I am a deep sleeper but you might not like how much noise you can hear from the streets and the planes flying over, due to the lack of sound proofing.

Rather strange hotel, in a block, not what we expected, didn’t have proper hotel facilities, room was clean, toilet flush was not properly working, thankful we only had one night there

Great location
Pros:

Clean, great, view, good size tv, excellent shower, good tea coffee snack facilities, comfortable bed, loved the pool and roof garden was a nice surprise

Cons:

The lobby and lift, a little tired, always seemed to be people hanging around in the lobby for no reason i could work out. Not a lot the business can do about it as it appears to be a shared area.
Noise from the street. Replacing the insulation around the windows would cut the noise down significantly.

Las habitaciones están muy bien pero no es un hotel
Pros:

Me encantó lo limpio que estaba todo. Es el único hotel en Malasia que hemos encontrado limpio perfecto. También nos gustó lo bien equipado que estaba todo. Todo súper cómodo.

Cons:

La ubicación dentro de un edificio de apartamentos no me encantó.

Die beste Unterkunft während unserer Malaysia Reise
Pros:

Hier stimmt da einfach alles. Ausstattung sehr hochwertig und neu. Alles war unglaublich sauber. Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. Hervorzuheben ist auch das Personal. Alle unsere Anfragen wurden sehr schnell und sehr gastfreundlich gelöst.

Apartamento ubicado al lado de un centro comercial en zona de muchos restaurantes, perfectamente ubicado para llegar desde el aeropuerto e ir al puerto para excursiones a las islas. Lo mejor el personal, súper atento y servicial y la habitación muy bien equipada con decenas de detalles (lavandería gratis, refrescos, agua, colonias, etc), amenities, colchón cómodo. Muy buen aire acondicionado. WiFi correcto. La urbanización tiene dos buenas piscinas.
