Pros:

Our family of 4 only stayed one night (2rooms) but it was just amazing and above and beyond what we expected. The staff was amazing from check in to check out, and the rooms are better than some 5 star hotels!

The location was perfect being attached to the mall and close to eateries and cafes. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to come back when we visited again. Thank you for your hospitality!

A fabulous introduction to KK and great spring board for the rest of our trip.
Pros:

This property was exceptional - it was clean and came with lots of little nice extras which we were extremely grateful for - great hairdryer (never had one for curly hair in a hotel before - yay!), sterile wipes, water etc. I had been a bit worried about the bling roof from the photo, but it was fine. The property is in a fabulous spot, with easy access to Imago Mall and all the food shops contained within it and we appreciated the parking.

Clean and futuristic but needs some tweaking
Pros:

Fabulous location as you go down from lift in few steps is the Imago mall as your facility in same building;

Futuristic interiors and fittings;

Clean facility;

Very friendly and helpful staff;

Free parking.

Cons:

As it is in a residential condominium, my first room had huge noises from above due to walking and jumping. Although the staff tried their best to convey I suppose it is beyond their control as not all units belong to the property.

The rooms are too small and the layout of my second room is very awkward with the TV at your side of the bed with the potential to hurt if you stand up without being extra careful.

The WC, although modern, I felt it's small and cramped.

Pros:

Exceptional stay with a perfect location directly connected to Imago Mall making everything very convenient for food and shopping. The unit was clean modern and comfortable with a nice view. Unlike other Imago apartment units this truly feels more like a luxury hotel stay. Check in was smooth and the host was responsive. Will definitely stay again.
