Great hotel, well located and friendly staffed
Pros:

Good location, super friendly staff and nice hotel. Would definitely stay again.

Cons:

A bit random, but the pillows were very uncomfortable- really thick. They only had two options, but they seemed exactly the same. Which was odd, because other than that the hotel was perfect!

Good experience
Pros:

Excellent location, near interesting places but quiet at night.
Spacious room and comfortable bed, even if it's a bit short if you're taller than 180cm.
Good breakfast with different dishes every morning.

Cons:

The pillows are really thick, I would have liked to have another one thinner.
The bathroom door is made of glass, not transparent but still not good for noise insulation.

L’endroit parfait!
Pros:

Tout était parfait, propre, marbre etc, hotel haut de gamme avec piscine et très bien situé, en plein dans le quartier vivant et à 20 min à pied des tours Petronas. Et également petit déjeuné compris, très très quali. Merci!

Cons:

The room was not clean and dusty at the coffee station and was not refilled. The floor was dirty and was not clean from the previous guests. Even on the next day when we request for the room make up, the floor was not clean.

Pros:

Fantastic location. Right in the middle of town. Rooms are great for relaxing and cooling down. Pool side is lovely. All the staff were kind and approachable. Very helpful.

Amazing
Pros:

The hotel was amazing, the room is comfortable, with blackout curtain. The breakfast is good.

Cons:

We have a closed door for another guest's room, and one night it was really noisy, because guests were checking out.
