Pros:

Location was good.

Cons:

There was water leakage from shower.
Water flooded outside the Shower box.
There was no Air Condition.
When the staff came to repair around 1am. WHOLE power was cutoff.
After few calls the Night Manager Faizal said to upgrade the room.
The room was exactly on top with same things.
Actually it was not upgraded.
In fact we cannot sleep the next three days as there was a door inside.
The next very playing high volume music and very noise can be heard.

Mr.Justin night manager was complain again and they were still waiting from top Manager to solve this thing.
We had to move all staff in dark....

Finally they provided free transport to airport.
After Manager Lula rang taxi which was booked last night by Justin.
No one was taking responsibility and asking each other for job.

We were late on airport and nearly missed flight.

We requested them to pack our breakfast as we're booked for 8 am trip to sightseeing and it was not allowed to staff .

It was not worth money as were are frequent flyer with good language speaking skills....

地理位置非常好，出行方便，景点都在附近，周围吃饭的地方也很多。酒店工作人员服务态度好，房间也算宽敞，每天房间内会补充足够的瓶装水，还有雀巢咖啡机使用，空调强劲，住宿舒适。楼下大堂宽敞，四楼有游泳池和健身房，酒店绿化不错。酒店的早餐很好，品种多，本地口味和西式口味都有，美味可口。

Cons:

除了大堂和早餐厅外，房间内的wifi非常容易掉线，尤其是晚上。洗澡水够热，但水压更大一些就好了。

Great Hotel with Fantastic access to Jalan Alor and the shopping district in Bukit Bintang
Pros:

Great location, cleanliness of hotel. they do alot of small things like supply complimentary snacks and coffee for each room. You have a tap that provides drinking water. pool area with bar was great.

Pros:
