Affordale price with mall nearby
Pros:

Breakfast was not bad location near to mall, could have been better if there is parking on the premis

地理位置不错
房间很大

Cons:

员工服务很好但是更多的是不思考的做事。
1、入驻的时候要安静的房间。
给了我一个15楼顶楼。一宿没睡好。顶楼健身房和泳池，也不知道是不是什么机器工作，根本无法入睡
后来要求换房间，一查我房号，啥都不说，直接给我换了（估计他自己都知道，那一层吵）
疑问：那我入驻强调要安静的房间。你们的工作人员，当时在考虑什么？？？

2、checkin的时候，说平台收钱了。说他不收了，所以不给发票。
等回国我发现，我的预定是现场付钱的。平台不管的。（后来他们也把钱在预留信用卡上扣了）
现在还在处理：发票没有。也联系不上他们。whatsapp不处理，booking上面沟通留言也不处理.....
现在还不知道后面怎么搞。

整体感觉就是，不思考的服务。

A night in Hyatt Place Bukit Jalil
Pros:

The staff are attentive & polite. The room is spacious and clean. I would stay here again whenever I have concert at TM Stadium or Unifi Arena, which are about 10 mins away by car. Recommended! 👍

Great location, good value of money, great staff!
Pros:

Location is good, not overly expensive and yet still get a very decent room and service

Cons:

Nothing. Apart from no immediate action about items I left, I have to ring them and ask about it, instead of them contacting me and letting me know i left some stuff.
