The male staff who checked me in was very rude. I told him I had already paid, but he didn’t verify it and charged me again. This was very frustrating.

Pros:

I didn't like the fact that they request for security fee and don't refund it at check out. They told me an international transfer should take two weeks but its now almost 3 weeks and i haven't received my money.

Cons:

The hotel charges 200 ringgit extra for security, they had indicated that money would be refunded to me on check out but instead they said it will be transferred to my bank in two weeks. my check out was on 5th April, its almost 3 weeks, i haven't received the money. I think its a way of scamming their international clients.
