A very pleasant stay in a comfortable place, made even better by the kindness of the staff.

I had a great stay at this hotel, but I would especially like to highlight the exceptional service provided by one gentleman whose name I unfortunately did not get. His professionalism, kindness, and constant willingness to help truly stood out and made my stay much more enjoyable.

I would also like to thank Fatna for her kindness and support throughout my stay.

Overall, the staff made a big difference, and thanks to them, my experience was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return in the future.

Pros:

Le séjour s'est super bien passé, on a même eu un surclassement à l'arrivée avec une vue sur mer qui fait trop plaisir. Je remercie Fatena pour sa gentillesse et son accueil. Le personnel était très serviable, surtout Fadil lors du petit déjeuner.

Au petit petit-déjeuner fadel et mouna sont très sympas ,le repas était bon la soupe (hsouwa) délicieuse merci beaucoup

Je ne recommande pas du tout et je doute fort de la qualité des commentaires sur booking.

-Petit déjeuner nul, il y avait même un plat de cake avec des moisissures. Et quand j ai demandé de l enlever, le garçon du resto attendait le retour de son manager !!!!!! Buffet très médiocre.
- le parterre du resto et de la réception trop sale.
- serviettes dans la chambre non fournies à l arrivée (fallait demander), et le lendemain non changées (juste pliées et remises sur le lit) et le troisième jour on les a changé avec d autres sales.

Nice personnel, especially Fadil, which helped us very much. We were a big group and they allowed us to use the dining room to take some meals. They were also very flexible.

Cons:

Bathrooms are a bit small or could need a complete wall between the shower and the rest as the bathroom was quickly full of water.

Amazing stay amazing staff and great Manager,
All the team members are very nice and supportive, the only thing was the noises on the night from the street,
But overall it was the perfect experience,
The food is nice but need to look into the cleanliness in general.
