I checked in late evening around 11am. When I reached to the counter the officer didn’t not even greet me, and just asked for my passport. The lady was not professional, and just asked me to sign a form and provide RM 100. When I asked her about why a deposit is required she couldn’t explain it to me. I also asked her about the check out timing which was at 12 and asked her to make it around 1pm or 2pm but she said I had to pay.
Then, later I checked to my room level 8 but there was sooo much bugs everywhere and I couldn’t sleep at all. I was awake till 1am sorting the room issues with the staff. One gentlemen mass Praberg was very helpful and generous who greeted kindly and stranger me twice to different rooms and also which has a bug. Then I asked to move into another room which was 1713 which was a bit pleasant to say (bug free). I was gradual for Perberg’s great service.
In the day of the check out, no one advise me of Durian was not allowed in the hotel. When I was checking out the officer said to pay RM 300w which I was not happy as I was not informed from the lady when I first checked in on 11th of April at 11pm. It a role and responsibility of the staff to explain and make sure that we understand the rules and regulation of the hotel.
I was very very disappointed I had to pay for something that could have been avoided and this is the hotel staff’s fault for NOT explaining it upfront. This was very disappointing and im not satisfied of professionalism of your front staff. Not sure her name but the lady wears glasses.
Please ensure this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

Great location close to all the bars, food streets and shopping malls.
Nothing really
Excellent location in Changkat bukit bintang. Near everything, walked daily to Pavilion only 5 minutes and many eateries and foot massage shops in the area. Best area to stay in. Very worth the price, room clean and neat as well.
Some ladies in the front of the hotel entrance late night soliciting, hotel should try to do something about it.
The room has some ants on the countertop and needs more better cleanings. The staffs are very stingy in their towels and countertop and floor towels.

This has been my third stay in the past 12 months, and it keeps confirming my expectations every time.
The hotel is beautifully located in the very heart of KL, with everything conveniently within walking distance.
The management and the staff are truly outstanding. They were incredibly helpful in rescheduling my stay after my previous flights were canceled due to the Middle East airspace disruption. I was also given a free upgrade to the Premier Floor, during my second booking, after returning from Singapore.
Everyone is extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to assist, making the overall experience even more enjoyable.
The new private club on floors 1 and 5 that was not there last year. This results in a very annoying congestion and longer waiting times for the elevators.
I truly hope it will be gone by next time I come back, as it was last year.

Good variety at breakfast for 25rm
I asked for a room away from the street and bar noise a week out from my stay.
They gave me a room right over it.
18 floors, 33 rooms per floor and couldn't give me what I asked for.
Was asked for 100rm security deposit at check in.
Why isn't this fee mentioned on bookings.com. If paid by cash you get it at checkout in cash, if by card can take up to 10 working days.
Found the check-in lady very non attentive. She was fiddling with papers asking me questions and not really concerned I was there. Very unprofessional
