The location was close to everything ; restaurants, shopping malls, public transport.
There was a constant boom boom noise all day and night. It definitely was not the clubs in the area.
Facilities were less than mediocre,
Private club at starus was only for some kind of members only, no one staying at hotel was allowed,
No room service, no phone facilities, no intercom,
Kinda disappointed, everything you have to bring from outside, no restaurant after five o'clock,
Everything beside the people at reception...
Excellent location to nearby malls, bars and restaurants.
I have stayed in Starus many times but the condition of the rooms is getting bad. Many tourists come and go. Its the responsibility of the Starus housekeeping staff to maintain the rooms in excellent condition. The rooms carpets are not vacuumed. I get a foul smell from the corridor carpet as well. There is a foul smell in the air along the corridor n lift lobby. Though its a non smoking hotel, there is definitely smoke smell along the corridor. Please also look into installing phones in every room so that guests can get in touch with reception if they need anything. Its inconvenient to keep going down to reception and clarifying doubts, asking questions etc.

They really do need parasols/umbrellas or some shade at the swimming pool. Impossible to relax there in the afternoons.

Cockroachs seen everywhere Bathroom, Room and even at Beds when complaint to staff he ask we spray insecticide even after that showing cockroach I have Video for proof.
