Dear Hotel Management,
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the extremely poor service and unacceptable room conditions during my recent stay at your hotel.
I was staying with my mother, who was unwell at the time. Due to her condition, I had to briefly leave her alone in the room to purchase food. However, the hotel only provided one access card and strictly refused to issue an additional card despite explaining the situation. This caused significant inconvenience and concern, especially given my mother’s health condition.
Furthermore, there was no telephone in the room, making it very difficult to contact reception. I made several attempts to call but was unable to get through easily. In an emergency situation, this lack of accessibility is highly unacceptable.
To make matters worse:
- The hotel refused to provide even basic kitchen utensils. I could not obtain even a single spoon for emergency use despite calling reception.
- The curtain in my room fell off, and I was unable to reach reception for assistance. I eventually had to personally look for housekeeping staff to resolve the issue.
- The room cleanliness was below standard. The floor was clearly not mopped properly and appeared only lightly wiped, not cleaned with proper wet materials.
Overall, the customer service was very disappointing and did not reflect professional hospitality standards. As a paying guest, especially while caring for an unwell family member, I expected far better service, responsiveness, and basic amenities.
I sincerely hope management will take this complaint seriously, review the service standards, and provide a proper explanation and resolution for the inconvenience caused.
