Location is near the city center.

Helpful and clean

A quiet and homely environment. Covered carpark but no security guard and accessible to rooms without having to scan keycard in lifts.

The stalls were nice and helpful. The helped us load our luggage and provided extra table for our room as I requested. They kept our stuff left in the room after our check out so we could retrieve it two days after checking out. The rooms are quiet.

The parking area was to narrow up the ram.

Comfortable apartment layout suitable for small families.

The room was spacious just the way I like it. Bed was comfortable, water nice and hot and I had an amazing view...Breakfast was good as well. Glad they had an omelet station...

Short vacay with family to the southern side of Malaysia…exploring the nature and city with affordable stay at this hotel.

The carpark was too narrow and too steep at the ram.

Zimmer waren sehr gut. Die Umgebung ist sehr städtisch und zum Teil von Baustellen umgeben.

the hotel is in a terrible condition wifi was down all the time construction works and noise even during the night. bedsheets and towels have a staked smell I won’t stay there again!

The property is recently rebranded & refurbished. As such, the facilities are still relatively new. The room is spacious and comfortable, and comfortably fits a small family. There is a kitchen, a dining area and a living room, but no cooking utensils are provided. Location wise, it is situated in an older part of Johor Bahru, so transport is needed to access to retail stores and malls.

The breakfast spread is small but sufficient. I suspect it is sourced from an external kitchen.

The one area I hope the management can improve is security. The elevators do not require access cards so anyone can access the room floors. I hope this can be addressed.

The handphone reception is not very ideal. Front desk can choose not to answer the calls.
No sound proofing. You can practically hear the guests walking pass at the corridor and guests dragging their chairs on the upper floor

I like the cleanliness and wide space.

No wifi at room. After reporting, the IT staff said they had changed to another company but front desk still gave us the old one. Seemed front desk didn't know what's going on at the hotel. Second, the door key didn't work twice (I just stayed for 1 nite). No F&B restaurants nearby and must take Grab for in & out....

Area was abit ulu plus didnt have much dinning, stores that sell foods around.
Room was simple but cozy

Nearby the checkpoint! Love how clean and simple the stay was. Will be back :)
