Pros:

Floor os clean. Tabletop is clean.

Cons:

Got bedbugs..I am horrified with the bed bugs..
The floor in the bathroom need to be ensure very safe towards elderly

Cons:

There were baby cockroaches in the room.
The tap in the common toilet was loose.
The water dispenser is unable to dispense hot water continuously.
The wifi was quite weak. The connection kept disconnecting on our devices.

Perfect place to stay but need to train their staff at the reception
Pros:

The location is nice as it is near to the town yet away from the noise and pollution

Cons:

The staff at the counter can’t even understand basic instructions and they don’t communicate among themselves.

Cons:

The wifi connection to my original room was so poor. I hope this can be improved.
The cafe at level 5 was not functioning. We went there around 4.30pm but were informed that the chef was not around.

Value for money
Pros:

Clean, comfortable & spacious rooms and bed.
Running hot water.
Microwave & fridge.
Lots of plug points.
Coffee shop downstairs is nice.
Not too far from jb sentral.
Good price point.

Cons:

No hand soap in the bathroom, which is very weird. Must go to the shower cubicle to get shower gel then back to sink if you want to wash hands. Wyndham management must seriously consider offering hand soap at this property, it will cost less than half a ringgit per room but will really impact customer experience.

There was induction Cooktop but no pan or wok provided to use on it so the cook top was useless.

No glass door or shower curtain to separate shower area from rest of the bathroom so must be careful while showering else water will get sprayed across whole washroom.

Location-wise, no malls within walking distance, nor good restaurants..there are a couple of so-so eateries on the same road. must use a car to reach a shopping area. The property is on a quiet road in a green locality.
