Very disappointing

Cons:

Facilities are poor. On arrival lift broke down, had to inform the counter staff only they notice. Then the bathroom piping system regurgitated, the waste water from others came into my bathroom. Absolutely horrible experience. And the car park is charged hourly (I got charged RM33), the staff also reluctant to pay back RM10 as they promised.
