I got the sunset view I wanted. A simple but satisfying stay.
Pros:

The room was good as advertised, and it offered a great sunset view of Kota Kinabalu.

Cons:

It is a little pricey for the space in my opinion, though I rarely stay in Kota Kinabalu so I may not have a good basis for comparison.

Comfortable, clean and friendly.
Pros:

Great central location within walking distance of most things. Very friendly staff.

Cons:

While the location is central, it is also opposite the fish market. This meant using the pool would also be accompanied by fish smells.

Perfekter Aufenthalt
Pros:

Es hat einfach alles gestimmt! Das Zimmer war sauber und super eingerichtet, inkl. gemütlichem Bett und Kissen und einer sehr guten Dusche. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist riesig und super lecker. Außerdem wird Kaffee und Trinkwasser kostenfrei zur Verfügung gestellt. Man kann auch die hauseigene Münzwäscherei für kleines Geld nutzen. Der Pool und das Fitnessstudio sind super und die Lage ebenfalls perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Lovely stay and a perfect location
Pros:

A wonderful stay, seamless checkin and check out. Could leave luggage before and after our stay. Staff always welcoming and very helpful

Pros:

Location. Right in front KK central market. Nite Market. In the evening, there are stall selling street food along the corridor.

Cons:

Nothing. May be they can improve on the breakfast spread. Too basic for Ascott Group.

we are local guest..
1st time heen here...
very comfy n spacious ...
i though it just a room..
but it is like an entire studio home
with kitchen appliances
and standard tableware n cutlery
the location is in the center of kk town.
walking distance to mall, food or everywhere in town.
