Gerne wieder
Pros:

Ein super schönes Hotel mit toller Ausstattung. Direkt im Zentrum gelegen. Gerne wieder

Cons:

Etwas zu kleine Mülleimer und zu wenig Handtücher (2 Handtücher pro Doppelzimmer). Wäre super wenn diese Anzahl auf 3-4 Handtücher angehoben wird

Fantastic location, facilities and view. A little tired in places.
Pros:

Seaview room - great view.
Nice facilities - gym, pool.
Good aircon. Nice to have a fridge and mini kitchen.
Shower good.
Didn’t try restaurant.

Cons:

Corridors (20th floor) tired decor, musty.

Room smaller than looked in photos (are measurements correct in details?)

Room a bit less nice than in the pics but fine.

Highly recommended for a comfortable stay
Pros:

This was a great choice for an overnight stop in Kota Kinabalu - a last minute booking due to a change in plan which exceeded expectations. Comfortable room - slightly small but not an issue for us. View over the port was great. Beautiful infinity pool again overlooking the fishing port/harbour. Laundrette was a massive bonus! Professional but friendly staff and an early check in/late check out was really convenient. Breakfast was good - catering more for SE Asian tastes but not a real issue.

Cons:

Nothing really - the location opposite the fish market means the smells come up to the pool but we understand that's all part of the KK experience!

Disappointing!
Pros:

One staff member - cannot remember his name? He was at least helpful - unfortunately there were no redeeming properties in the hotel.

Cons:

Location, room, staff, generally rundown. Gym equipment out of order/broken. No atmosphere. Lounge area dead. Food was poor. Staff were generally unhelpful - bar one exception. Will not be a place that I stay in again.

The hotel was fantastic, great location, the room had everything we needed and the staff were really helpful!

Pros:

Location was very convenient in the City Center. Room was very modern and the staff was friendly.

Cons:

A lot of mosquitoes in the room and the room was not cleaned properly (rubbish bin still full from previous guest)

Pros:

Loved the view and location. And they kindly upgraded me to a one bedroom apartment. Also liked the blue light in the bathroom which is good to have during the night.

Cons:

It's a bit dark in the living area.
