Pros:

All was good. Value for money.

Cons:

Came to collect my bag from storage but was shocked when they didn't check if I took the right bag out of storage. I was told to go in the storage place and get it myself. What if I took out some else's bag. The reception should have checked the bag tag that was given.

Good value and location
Pros:

Great location. Nice views and pool on rooftop. Rooms are comfortable and there are water stations on each floor and laundry. Breakfast was decent.

Cons:

Staff are not very secure about stored luggage. They just let us walk in and take our luggage from the stored room vs checking our tags to the luggage. This should be corrected and staff trained to ensure to protect guests property

Staff should give some tips about restaurants and also being able to watch sunset from 6th floor

Pros:

I have requested for a bit of surprise event for our anniversary and it's amazing.. simple and memorable! tq for the staff for making that happen!

Pros:

The room i was given was big corner room. Location of the hotel was great with suria sabah and centrepoint just a stone throw away.

Cons:

The hotel lobby location is mixed with residential from the building shore so its is abit overwhelming area. Especially at orange and the lobby. So many people but it is expected.
