Wonderful stay
Pros:

Large comfortable room. Excellent staff service especially from Wayne at reception.

Cons:

Original room we chose because of sea view was unfortunately noisy because it faced the dock and had lots of noisy street activity at night but room we were moved to was very peaceful.

Enjoyable stay
Pros:

Great location's for night markets along the waterfron and Api Api night market, comfortable bed, very nice staff, and a large breakfast buffet. Nice to have a laundry room with washers and dryers, which we used.

Pros:

Location was great really central n walking distance to Suria Sabah, gaya street n shops (good for breakfast)
The receptionists were helpful and cheerful.

Cons:

Aircon needs service and provide thinner blanket as the thick duvet was too warm

A hotel that lacked pool space, was a bit worn and dirty, but had a good breakfast and location.
Pros:

The breakfast was good, nice location and a good gym.

Cons:

I paid for a room with a view of the sea, but only got a partial view. When we arrived, trash was still under the sink and no hand towels (the cleaners continued to forget to pick up the trash under the sink) and the safe did not work. The pool looked nice, but small and there was no where to sit. It is a big hotel, but only five chairs and no ground space to linger by the pool. The halls always looked dirty and smelled of durian and frying fish, which permeated my room. The room was big but lacked warmth or character.
