Your staff is super awesome!! Especially the Malay girl at the receptionist ( my bad I forget her name ) she is super friendly.😘 The room is super nice and the breakfast is the best in the world..My 3rd time staying in this hotel..🥰🥰🥰

Unique.

Cons:

Toilet bidet pressure is low. Toilet flush also not that good. AC and vents on upper floor quite dusty. Somehow during the day top and bottom AC can barely cope at 17degC but at night it does get better.

Comfort and relaxed staycation.
Pros:

The property is a short walk from TRX and it has a few eateries right downstairs. Very convenient location. The room is also very comfortable with all necessary amenities that function well. The design and arrangement of the room gives it a good vibe. My room had a swing at the balcony that looked into KL and it is very serene to just be looking at the view. Shower is also open and I did enjoy time in the shower feeling all relaxed and happy. Breakfast was delicious with option of either egg muffin or nasi kerabu, with free flow breakfast table of oats, yoghurt, bread, fruits and drinks.

Cons:

The price is on the higher end for the basic rooms but it is a good stay indeed.

Decent Stay
Pros:

Good location, room was very clean, friendly staff

Cons:

Breakfast could be better for example Option 1 (Western), Option 2 (Malaysia Local). For my stay, I would say too western for 2 choices.

Fine but too expensive for what it is.
Pros:

I liked the location, the tree in the bathroom, the robe for you to wear in the room and the big desk size next to the bed.

Cons:

The room was quite small, the breakfast was not good, they charge you if you want a late checkout + they haven't sent me back my deposit after staying there a month ago, telling me it's because it takes up to 4 weeks for debit card...Not ok.
