员工服务很好， 早餐也好吃， 入住时半夜对面唱歌， 还有道路施工， 虽然和饭店无关， 但在早上反应过后他们也有做跟进。 赞👍
Kahvaltı lezzetli, yatak rahat, duş güzel ve ambians zaten şahane.
Kadın personel güler yüzlü, samimi ve ilgili iken erkek personel tam tersi ilgisiz ve hiç ılımlı değildi. Uygun fiyatlı odalar malesef çok küçük valiziniz var ise iyice sıkışıyorsunuz.
maybe abit more selection of breakfast , having a small gym is nice too , overall nothing much to complain and really good for money . probaly come again
1.Unfair charge at checkout - The hotel tried to charge me RM30 for a tiny makeup foundation on the face towel. It’s makeup. It washes off and easily washable. It is not permanent stain and permanent damage to the face towel.
That’s literally what face towels are for,to clean anything dirty on your face. This is just a cheap way to squeeze money from guests??
2. Room not properly cleaned - Found a used water bottle from the previous guest still in the mini fridge when I checked in.
3. Hygiene concern- The bath towel provided had a visible blood stain on arrival. This is unacceptable.
To be fair, I didn’t make a fuss during check-in about the blood-stained towel or the previous guest’s water bottle left in the fridge. I let it slide because I didn’t want trouble.
But at checkout, the hotel suddenly became very fussy and tried to charge me for a tiny foundation mark on the face towel.
We as guest should have been the ones raising complaints about this hotel hygiene standards, not getting penalized for normal towel use.

The bed was incredible. Love the room. Near the TRX mall.
We have stayed here for many times, but unfortunately for the first time we met a very rude receptionist. Mostly all the receptionist was nice accept this one girl who thinks she is entitled or something. My husband was asking her if we can extend one more night, she replied “We? We dont want extra night!” And then laughed at my husband. Is this how you treat a customer? If the customer has a speech problem would you like to make fun of them? Honestly that’s very rude and no manner at all. Replying all words in sarcastic thinking she was so funny. Please Manager in charge of Lloyd’s inn to look up this matter and improve your hospitality treatment.
A few times stay here, very convenient place at the centre of city. Easy to go to TRX, walk around less than 5 mins. If easy access to TRX means public transport also easy to access.

The location was great, 5mins walk to TRX. Room was cozy and the view was great. Plus point for the great breakfast. Despite limited breakfast buffet, the big breakfast offered from their menu tasted good
My room was at level 10. Despite that, i can still hear people kareoke outside at night. You can also sometimes hear some noise from upper level room.
Your staff is super awesome!! Especially the Malay girl at the receptionist ( my bad I forget her name ) she is super friendly.😘 The room is super nice and the breakfast is the best in the world..My 3rd time staying in this hotel..🥰🥰🥰
