We got upgraded for free to the loft-style room and it was amazing ! The room was so spacious and modern. We particularly liked the bathroom that had a semi-exterior shower which was so cool and new. Staff were amazing throughout our whole stay. Breakfast was really good and changed everyday !
The pool was a bit small and in front of the reception so everyone checking in/out or just going in/out can see you.
Location is good, hotel design is nice. Staff are friendly and very helpful.
The furnishing is quite old, can see some cracks and chipped furnitures here and there. But the rooms are clean though. Unless you get the bigger room, the space is quite small

The location is good, there are many cafes and restaurants surrounding the hotel, plus the hotel location is very near to the TRX shopping mall.
Just the washbasin in the hotel room is a bit clogged and it has a slightly fishy smell.

- die Klimaanlage ist zum Teil sehr ambitioniert
- die Anfahrt dauert aufgrund einer sehr kleinen Straße mit viel Zwischenverkehr manchmal sehr lange
- die Auswahl zum Frühstück ist limitiert aber das Essen ist lecker

The location is superb and we knew what to expect of Lloyd's style, as we've stayed in Singapore. Relaxing in the pool watching a storm over KL was a wonderful transit experience on our way home to Australia from Europe.
I was a little taken aback to be paying a room deposit - that will take two weeks to be credited to my account - on TOP of an early checkin fee on top of a room upgrade fee.
Great modern apartment. Well maintained. Clean. Was a little sceptical before arriving about the location, but it ended up being ideal and away from the city carnage.
If you are looking to hang around the main tourist part, then it's a little extra walk but it's fine if you aren't lazy or just get a cheap taxi.
The pool is more of a water feature as it's pretty exposed to the main front foyer. It would have been nice to have a swim in the evening.
