Pros:

Great staff, couldn't have been more helpful, and our children loved the pool. Find it hard to fault - rooms, breakfast, quality, staff all excellent. Kuching is also a brilliant place to explore and the Sheraton very well placed for this.

The best hotel in Kuching.
Pros:

Location is good, the hotel’s room & facilities are superb. Staff are super friendly, everyone greets you with wide smiles. Excellent spreads from the breakfast buffet.

Amazing staff who go out of their way to ensure we had a good stay!
Pros:

New building, clean environment.

Cons:

There was a little rubbish after maintenance work in the bathroom that wasn’t cleared before we checked in. But it was cleaned up promptly after we informed staff.

A classy hotel that has good views and spacious carpark. The hotel restaurants with high deco.

The Bed is very comfortable.
