Very restful. Worth the money
Pros:

The staffs were amazing. So professional and very helpful. The location is near to many things for food hunting, to laundry and night out. The breakfast is so good and delicious. Staffs are attentive during breakfast and so helpful.

Pros:

Is our 2nd stay always feeling good to be back. Love the buffet breakfast, gym and swimming pool. Too bad no sauna. This time round is with bad haze. So outdoor activities really limited.

Great hotel base to explore Kuching
Pros:

Very nice new hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Pros:

Very friendly staff. Could check in very early (12 noon). We had a junior suite and it was very spacious and comfortable. Loved the bed.
Staff, breakfast and location very good. As were the swimming pool and the workout area.

Cons:

Cleaning of the room could be better (didn't properly vacuum clean).
The shower and toilet door in the bathroom didn't close properly.

Location is great, but services can be better
Pros:

The location is great and clean!

Cons:

There were issues with the drainage of the toilet.
Also, the shower took 15 mins to heat up.
After giving these feedback to the receptionist the next morning, the issues were still not resolved by night time. The hotel seems to lack manpower.
The walls of this hotel is quite thin.

Pros:

The Breakfast was good. Lots of variety of food, but the space too limited.

Cons:

Inside the elevator, full of dust and make me feel sneeze always. The view not what I expected, RM600+.plus no breakfast provided. I have to pay at the counter.
