服務人員的訓練待加強。

座落地點佳

Cons:

花了約40分鐘辦理入住手續，原因是我在Booking.com用一個姓名訂兩個房間，但只找到一個房間的訂單（另一個房間的英文姓名位置不知何故對調了），櫃台職員另給一個房間時竟然未依訂單的價格計價。最後終於找到另一個房間訂單時，才完成入住手續，這40分鐘內有三個職員／主管先後來查看，竟然都未能快速找到另一個房間的訂單，是電腦系統問題還是職員訓練不夠呀？

Pros:

Tak dapat dipungkiri, memang mewah, cantik & bersih. Brought my mom here for a very short vacay, she loves it. Nanti ada rezeki, kita orang menginap lagi.
