Great stay overall, staff are friendly
Pros:

Location and ambience are great.

Cons:

The room was not ready upon check in at 3.00 pm. We have to wait longer and was not properly cleaned. Maybe due to high rate of room occupancy during the long holidays

Cons:

The room air conditioner is not cold even though the temperature has been adjusted several times, the food for breakfast is not as good as the name Sheraton and the dinner is not tasty either.

The lack of concern and follow-up is unacceptable for a hotel that claims to be a luxury five-star property. Sadly, this was one of the worst hotel experiences our family has had.

Excellent stay with great service, comfortable rooms, and a convenient location. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The hotel is centrally located in Kuching, making it convenient to access nearby attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The breakfast selection was good and the facilities were well kept.

And the service mmm ada sorg staff cleaner maybe leader diaorg kuat menjus oh itu muka mcm mau tak mau ja serve org lps tu suka mengumpat org sorg ja yg mcm tu yg lain ok saja no probs , Dari pg minta makeup room tu pun smpai ptg takda pergimakeup room 🙄 yg lain maybe okay kot , and for the booking lain yg di booking Lain pula yg di kasih we will understand juga kalau sold out but at least la explain ba 🙄 ini tidak kita byar mahal tp rasa mcm not really best hmmm yg lain okay sikit kot
