Nice shiney new hotel on the outside but a lot of staffing carelessness behind the scenes - not the usual Sheraton stand

One of the best choices for luxury hotel in Kuching
Pros:

Staff are super nice. The property is relatively new so everything feels modern and new.

Cons:

The designers tried to fit too much into a small footprint, so everything feels rather cramped: the lobby, the lobby bar, the pool (with a gym right behind it, and a kids playroom next to it and a restaurant/bar next to it). The four elevators seem insufficient for the number of guests in a 20-story hotel, so does the pool, so does the breakfast restaurant.

Everything is fine but I believe the breakfast can be upgraded.

Great stay overall, staff are friendly
Pros:

Location and ambience are great.

Cons:

The room was not ready upon check in at 3.00 pm. We have to wait longer and was not properly cleaned. Maybe due to high rate of room occupancy during the long holidays
