Everything great except for shower drain flooding and sink also clogged
Pros:

Super great service from the concierge. Can’t remember the name of the lady who served me but she was so kind.

Cons:

Everything is great except my one suggestion that the shower drain and sink drain for the basin needs to be cleared. It’s flooding.

Komfortable Zimmer und sehr nettes Personal
Pros:

Schönes großes und ruhiges Zimmer mit bequemen Betten. Der Blick war tagsüber nicht so berauschend aber abends mit den Lichtern sehr schön. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Lage gut. Der Blick vom Pool war toll, der Pool selbst auch, nur das Wasser hätte wärmer sein können.
Insgesamt ein sehr schönes Hotel, wir haben verlängert und würden wiederkommen.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war so mittelmäßig, die Auswahl an Obst war etwas eingeschränkt und immer dieselbe. Für Leute die gerne warm frühstücken gab es mehr Auswahl.
Das Bad könnte langsam mal renoviert werden.

Pros:

Great staff, couldn't have been more helpful, and our children loved the pool. Find it hard to fault - rooms, breakfast, quality, staff all excellent. Kuching is also a brilliant place to explore and the Sheraton very well placed for this.

Pros:

Location is good, the hotel’s room & facilities are superb. Staff are super friendly, everyone greets you with wide smiles. Excellent spreads from the breakfast buffet.

Amazing staff who go out of their way to ensure we had a good stay!
Pros:

New building, clean environment.

Cons:

There was a little rubbish after maintenance work in the bathroom that wasn’t cleared before we checked in. But it was cleaned up promptly after we informed staff.
