Convenient location to stay in Kuching!
Pros:

The location of the property is great. Close to the river front. Lots of restaurants within walking distance.

Cons:

The toilet floor was slippery and had stains. The coffee mugs were also not cleaned properly. Clearly did not live up to the 'Sheraton' standard.

Everything was good, the view, the location itself, the staff.

Cons:

The bathroom had an unpleasant sewage smell coming from the floor trap. The hotel may want to inspect or replace it with a proper anti-odour floor trap, as it affected the overall stay.

Exceptional stay. Wonderful service level
Pros:

Comfortable clean rooms. Outstanding service level by all staff. Great location.
