Penginapan yang sungguh teruk dengan layanan yang sungguh kurang sopan terhadap pelanggan.
Pros:

Tiada yang saya suka dengan penginapan ini kerana mereka telah menjual bilik saya kepada pelanggan lain semasa ketibaan saya dan meminta saya menempah hotel lain yang berhampiran. Sungguh tidak bertanggungjawab kakitangan hotel penginapan ini.

Cons:

Saya tidak suka dipermainkan iaitu saya telah sampai ke penginapan ini seperti yang dijadualkan dari jauh bersama-sama keluarga tetapi diminta untuk menempah hotel lain kerana bilik saya telah dijual kepada pelanggan lain. Sungguh mengecewakan dan tidak bertanggungjawab sungguh kakitangan yang bertugas, Staf booking.com yang saya hubungi untuk mengadukan masalah saya kurang membantu untuk menyelesaikan masalah saya.

Cons:

The service is very poor coz when we there the hotel is closed and we have to wait half an hours which didn't come in sense at all. So we went other hotels to check in.....

Kindly refund the money which was for booking.
