Un soggiorno terribile, non siamo stati avvisati che c'era una comunione e non abbiamo potuto utilizzare la piscina, la camera pulita ma bruttissima la doccia in camera e non in bagno quindi chi viaggia con te ti vede mentre fai la doccia,letto da una piazza e mezza...mai più!! Nessuno alla reception e colazione pessima

Ottima accoglienza e pulizia della struttura.
Ottima anche la presenza di un largo proprio di fronte la struttura per parcheggiare in tranquillità l'auto.

Cons:

L'unica pecca ma in realtà nulla di molto grave è che dalle stanze si sente quasi tutto, quindi se una persona parla ad alta voce potrebbe dar fastidio. Anche se non abbiamo avuto questo problema durante il nostro soggiorno.

Appena arrivati ci sono stati chiesti due supplementi con un totale di 20 euro,10 per il parcheggio (ma era segnalato che poteva essere an che non gratuito),10 per la piscina. Per quanto riguarda la piscina,era segnalata come gratuita,la motivazione che ci è stata data per motivare il pagamento è stata che avevamo pagato un prezzo scontato (???) quindi dovevamo pagare. Abbiamo pagato ma ci siamo ritrovati una piscina con acqua ferma e ricoperta di insetti morti e foglie.
Nella colazione sono state servite delle fette biscottate stantie 😢
Davvero un peccato perchè la struttura è molto carina,non capisco il senso di incentivare le prenotazioni con scontistiche per poi far pagare per i servizi in struttura senza prima accertarsi che i servizi siano in condizioni di essere utilizzati.

La struttura carina.

Cons:

Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte perché eravamo di passaggio. All'arrivo il personale non aveva la nostra prenotazione, ma comunque ci siamo sistemati in camera senza attese. La colazione molto scarna e non è a scelta: hanno lortato un cornetto vuoto (non chiedono gusto, intolleranze, nulla), due fette biscottate e due marmellatine confezionate con o caffè o cappuccino. Stando in un resort con Ristorante ci si aspettava anche solo un mini buffet con un minimo di scelta. Il parcheggio è costato 10 euro a notte, ma la comunicazione del costo è stata fatta solo al check out: sarebbe stato più corretto comunicarla all'arrivo, dato che l'auto può essere lasciata fuori in strada senza problemi. Nessuna bottiglia d'acqua di cortesia in frigo, abbiamo dovuto chiedere la sera una bottiglia d'acqua al ristorante al costo di 3 euro. Considerando dove si trova il resort e i servizi, il prezzo è sproporzionato.

Nothing special about this place. The staff were very unfriendly and unapproachable. There was no warmth, no greeting, nothing that made us feel like guests.

Breakfast was by far the worst I’ve ever had in any hotel. No one asked us what we wanted, there was barely any variety, and it felt more like a formality than an actual meal. I had to personally ask if they could make us an omelet — something that should be standard. No effort at all to accommodate guests. Definitely not worth the price or the experience.

To make things worse, access to the swimming pool wasn’t even included — we were told it costs €10 per person, per day. That felt unreasonable, especially considering how basic the overall facilities were.
Overall, it was a poor experience.

Siamo stati nel resort una settimana ,siamo andati via ieri, ci siamo trovati benissimo. Siamo stati accolti dal proprietario Guido, una persona eccezionale, con garbo,gentilezza, pronto fin dal primo momento alle nostre esigenze, disponibile, non c'è stato un solo giorno dove non abbia chiesto come andava e se era tutto ok. Lo chef Raffaele preparatissimo e bravissimo con le sue deliziose portate e la sua grande bravura verso le esigenze degli ospiti e Ciro pronto a qualsiasi richiesta. Grazie è dirvi poco ....semplicemente da voi e con voi abbiamo trascorso giorni piacevoli, sereni , pieni di relax e sentiti accolti dal primo momento che siamo arrivati . Grazie infinite con affetto Ida e Maurizio

Pros:

We stayed here for two weeks because my daughter picked it. We love the hotel. The room was remodeled great. The bed was comfy. The linens was clean. The towels was clean. The staff was excellent. The hotel is clean and quiet. We loved everything about our stay here. The only negative I had was that it’s not really close to anything and transportation cost a lot to get around but that is not the hotel‘s fault. The hotel was perfect.
