Disappointing
Pros:

The manager (owner?) was very friendly and helpful and assisted with bookings.
The location is great.
Nice shared jacuzzi.
Ac works well.

Cons:

Unfortunately the place was very unclean. I arrived to a room with a big relatively fresh chewing gum stuck on the floor. The chair had large stains on it. The sink in the bathroom had lots of nasty hair in it. I went back to reception and told the receptionist. He led me to another room for the option to switch to that. This room had even bigger stains on the chair. I decided to keep the first room and asked if someone could come to clean those issues. He said yes but only tomorrow. Nobody ever came. I asked again, and again nobody came. I kept stepping on that nasty gum with bare feet throughout my stay. Disgusting.
The place looks beautiful in pictures and went viral on social media but unfortunately in person the rooms are very disappointing.

Pros:

Место расположение удобно до всех локаций, до метро 7 минут пешком.
Белье полотенца чистые, матрас удобный, кондиционер работал хорошо, есть чайник в номере. Общий холодильник. Чистый бассейн на крыше.

Номер был напротив общего туалета, если хлопали дверью было слышно. Беруши спасали

It’s alright

La ubicación no está mal

Cons:

La habitación compartida de mujeres es horrible. El suelo es de reja y está muy sucio, sin ventanas, huele muy mal, los techos son bajos, y como queda en un tercer piso, hace mucho calor (a pesar del aire acondicionado). Apenas la vi super que no podía dormir allí. En las fotos no aparece esta habitación. Hable con el chico de recepción y no tenía la experiencia ni las habialidades para cambiarme de habitación. El manager no atendía el telefono, solo contestaba mensaje de texto por whatsapp. Le tuve que enviar audios yo misma explicandole la situación y el nunca dio la cara. Finalmente despues de una hora y media (llegué muy tarde y cansada, sobre las 23:30) me cambiaron a una hbiatación y al otro día me fui. Es la primera vez en años viajando que me tengo que cambiar porque no podía dormia allí.

Pros:

루프탑 수영장이랑 공용공간은 나름 괜춘 하지만 공용공간 어디도 에어컨은 없다.
値段はそこそこ安め、

Cons:

ドミトリールームはマジで空気の循環が全く出来なく、更にファンを通して自分の小さなベットにその悪い空気を入れてしまう、ファンを付けないと暑いから仕方なく付けちゃうの繰り返し、1週間止まって咳が止まらない
もう二度と行くことはない、最悪
