AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Disgusting and Unusable

This was, hands down, the worst experience I've ever had. The room was absolutely filthy. A pervasive smell permeated everything, and it wasn't a pleasant one. It smelled like mildew, stale garbage.

What made matters even worse was the complete lack of basic amenities. There was no water supply whatsoever. Imagine trying to wash your hands, brush your teeth, or even flush the toilet without water! It was completely unacceptable.

To top it all off, the linens were incomplete. What was provided was clearly not clean.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, not even my worst enemy. It was dirty, smelly, lacked essential utilities, and was completely unprepared for guests. Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere. This place needs a serious overhaul before it's fit for human habitation. I felt uncomfortable and unsanitary and it completely ruined my stay.

If you were able to leave right away and find a new place: "I would have been better off sleeping in my car."

Pros:

Staff are nice but the property needs major renovation. I’m very sorry but the room is dark , smells bad . Lots of dogs , no internet .
We left after we saw the room .. the way to the beach have pieces of woods ( there’s construction going on) this resort should not operate yet until it’s renovated. It’s too pricey , I won’t even book this for 500 pesos.
I payed for 85$/ day for a room. Called the management for a refund they said they will email me back but haven’t received any yet. Just sad that in picture it was nice but in reality it’s a frustration .

Pros:

I enjoyed my stay. I enjoyed the black sand beaches there. It is the province, so there are some parts not so nice, but Marvin & the staff were excellent hosts. The room was clean, cold AC & comfy. Thanks Marvin!
