Pros:

The hotel premises is clean, and it has a small pool (much smaller than the photos indicate) but it was a refreshing dip. Staff were friendly and responsive.

The bed was comfortable and only had a top sheet, no blanket. It was just as well, as the room was hot with the quite loud window type AC unit hardly keeping up. No housekeeping and no replacement of towels.

The shower had hot water via small wall-mounted tank. This did work well, too well in fact, as I got quite a scald but no permanent damage. The water heats up quite fast but with uneven temp control making it very hard to set this to a safe temperature. The water valve has no anti-scald protection, so taking extreme care when showering is a necessity.

The hotel is within easy drive of everything I had to get to. The included parking was actually on the side of the narrow street, beside a "no parking" sign. This was a bit disconcerting but the car ended up being fine.

For a place to crash for a day or two, this place is OK, but those coming from western countries should be prepared for a bit of hotel culture shock.
