Let me just start by saying this is a very nice hotel. However, having stayed there a week after staying at another hotel in Manila, I have to say you are just paying for the location.
Room service options is limited, restaurant food is limited, wifi is average, they only have a local tv network, despite having samsung smart tv, with Netflix & Prime options you can see, but hotel dont offer connection to.
If you dont press the button to clean room before you leave, you will come back to how you left the room.
Despite that. Staff were very friendly and helpful and it is a nice hotel. Mini golf & small games room is a nice touch also. But as I said, it’s overpriced for what they offer and you are literally just paying for the location. Could be much better.

Arrived early but the hotel managed to give a room early and on the high floor. Unfortunately the period as start of school holidays and kids and adults alike shouting across the room hallway. Very conveniently located adjacent to Ayala Mall so can pop over for meals or groceries.
Close to airport and connected to the mall which is a plus. However, although it’s a nice hotel we noticed the bathroom smells and the water coming from the faucet has this distinct sewer smell.
