Overall a very good place but please warn all customers of the extra charges.
Pros:

We liked almost everything the hotel had to offer.

Cons:

We weren't notified of the extra charge for stained sheets. We needed to pay for the cleaning of the sheets as well.

Overall our stay was very disappointing to put it mildly. It’s a shame that our positive experience with the hotel staff

Friendly staff, clean facility.

Cons:

Greedy business practices and unclear policies. The room which they said was good for 3 adults could only fit two, forcing us to pay for extra beds. The prices for the extra beds differed for some odd reason with one room being 500 per night and the other being 1,500 per night which they tried to justify by saying that because we booked two rooms the second room would receive a higher price for the extra bed (Essentially if we booked the 2 rooms separately we’d only be paying 500 per night for the each extra bed in both rooms - which was validated by the receptionist). To add to that, we received an email saying that our request for early check in had been approved but upon arrival at the hotel we were told we’d need to pay over 2k for early check in despite the rooms already being seemingly available.
