Good and convenient

Modern property, clean and modern. Simple room,comfortable bed, good shower. Wifi good. Fast check in, efficient staff.

浴室的淋浴水壓很弱，有待改善，酒店提供的淋浴梘液被酒店開稀得很厲害，加水太多。
酒店提供的浴巾很新淨，值得讚賞。
酒店整體非常新淨，衛生，整潔。

バスルームが狭い。

No car park facility is available, is kind of inconvenience for business traveling

This hotel is very dirty. The room was full of mosquitoes when entered. The floors has lots of hair and the bathroom is very tiny

Room was ok as per pictures. But it had a musky smell when the air-conditioning turns on. Parking is definitely not available. Had to pay RM18 to park outside which many won't feel safe because you have to leave your car keys with them. Breakfast very disappointing. Overall does not command the prices paid and over 8 rating in my opinion.

Good location, clean rooms and friendly staff.

But only drawback is that there is a very strong smell of mould in the room..

My third stay with this hotel. The overall experience was good. The room is clean and quiet.

The food is okay but it would be better if hotel can change slightly on the breakfast choices available.

如很多網友所述，地點不遠但很難找，原因是新山關口附近正在建輕軌鐵路，很多地方都改道或blocked了，但多謝酒店櫃台男職員用地圖指示，其實行去CIQ可在15mins內便到。當過關之後，隨人群進入JB Sentral，行到兩個商場之間的一條馬路時(可看到對面入口頂有個6字的商場，內有7-11便利店)，不要進對面6號商場，沿馬路轉左再前行轉左行入通往富力廣場(R&F Mall)的行人天橋 (記住不要入富力廣場，要行到天橋尾)，一直行到尾落天橋，再上小鈄路後轉左見一當地RSB便利店再轉右便到Fives，希望可幫到大家，因為酒店真的不差，職員及地方清潔都很好呢。

Arrived earlier and enquire whether able to check in earlier and the male receptionist was very helpful whom helped to swap room when our room wasnt ready which we are very thankful for. What more the property was cozy and comfy and quite accessible.

For the price (came with breakfast) we paid it exceed our expectations. Staff was super helpful when requested. Room was good with very spacious toilet and it's handicapped friendly. Breakfast wise the choices are limited and the food was alright. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Room is decent size and all toiletries are provided. Even have bedroom slippers and hair dryer. The hotel comes with breakfast.

Good for a night but not two. Toilet has mouldy and septic smell. Room's floor and bed is acceptably clean. Appreciate the fact that the room has a Digital TV that has Netflix, Youtube. Hotel lobby smells clean. Hotel breakfast is basic and sufficient.

The stay was ok overall and I’d come back. However the deposit was requested in cash. I do not understand why in 2024 cash is still required for it. Couldn’t a deposit be made on a credit card through an amount hold?

Clean room and room is spacious. Toilet is nothing fancy and the shower area is very near to toilet bowl and does not have partition and hence you will spill water over the floor. Other than that, is about a 15-20 minutes walk from custom. Nearby at R&F mall has some eateries and restaurant. Breakfast can skip as the choices are really limited and does not taste good. The food is kinda cold and tasteless. For the price, overall still a good stay.

The place is very clean and new. The hotel room is small but it's comfortable enough for me, no issue on that. The only downside is there is no parking available on-site.

Very conveniently walkable distance to City Square Mall
Excellent room and friendly staffs and on top of that the breakfast is good enough for the day
The room is huge especially for family room as it consists of one king two queen
Highly recommended for family to stay
