All in all, the provisions met my requirements & we had a pleasant stay.
Pros:

Location was excellent, staff were friendly and helpful but the wait for lift up to 22nd floor was too long, with cleaning service staff also using the same guest lifts for floor hopping, instead of using a very dirty & smelly service lift.

Cons:

I filtered my booking.com choices to hotel only cos I wanted just a twin bedded room without the hassle of AirBnB registration & getting room key. I was surprised to find that Borneotel was another AirBnB but fortunately, the registration was fairly smooth, probably cos I did not require another set of rules for parking.

Value for money for its great view and convenient location
Pros:

Location is great! Seaview is great. I like to sit and look out at the sea activities of the fishery port and boats, very therapeutic. I especially like the fact that this unit has separate bedrooms, both facing the sea. Me and my friend can hv our privacy without disturbing each other. High floor plus point. Has bedroom slippers. Downstairs have convenient store, burger king and Chinese restaurant. A spa shop is coming up next.

Cons:

1. The instructions on the unit rules and how to operate the heater and switches could have send out earlier before or whilst check in, not 2hrs later.
2. On the 3rd day morning, the toilet corner starts to smell of sewage water. Though there's a air freshener placed there, it doesnt musked the smell. Maybe it's empty cos didn't smell the fragrance.
3. Could have put extra roll of toilet paper
4. The handwash and dish detergent was too watery.

Strategic location with a swimming pool and spacious room, worth the stay. Despite some worrying reviews, our experience
Pros:

The room was spacious, and the hotel’s strategic location makes it good value for money.

Cons:

The lift does get crowded at times, which was expected, and queuing is sometimes necessary. Knowing the best times to use it when it’s less busy makes it fine overall.

The room, the service is amazing because the owner really answering and act promptly.

Cons:

Cleanliness is bad because there was so much guests during festive season and long holidays. Lift also very bad. Need to wait a lot and queing. Also water is slow in the morning because many guests.

Bilik nya bersih Dan kemas. Tempat penyimpanan baggage satu bilik khas banyak guna terutama sebagai seorang Muslim tempat saya solat. Layanan Dari pegawai Dan melalui hubungan WA bagus. Tempat yang selesa Dan punya internet tv Dan WIFI yang bagus.

Cons:

1. Tidak ada service bell boy or person Dan bag carriage untuk nemudahkan baggage untuk dibawa kebilik Dan apabila pulang.

2. Untuk gunakan swimming pool ada pegawai yang banyak songeh sedangkan we are guest in your hotel and paying customer tidak payah diintegorasi cukup pakaian untuk mandi sesuai Dan tidak bogel. Terlalu restrictions. This is really a minus because we stayed to have fun with our family.

3. NO FREE PARKING. Very bad. We should have rights as your guest and customer to at least a free parking not the paying one. Please do improvement.

4. Housekeeping should be at least 2 or more days staying compliment of the hotel daily.

5. Air panas hanya berfungsi hari terakhir kami berada disana. Tidak mau reset srpanjang penginapan.

6. Tanda arah kiblat tidak ada
