Pros:

Easy access from carpark to lobby. Fast and efficient check-in and attended by very friendly staff.

Overall a nice short staycation.
Pros:

Location of the property. It is linked to Paradigm Mall, making a short visit to the mall easy.

Cons:

The pillows in the room is not suitable for sleeping. My neck is a bit achy in the morning. The thickness of the pillows can be improved for quality sleep.

Amazing and relaxing
Pros:

Breakfast spread was a good range, the staffs was excellent and attentive, special thanks to chef Hanaifah whom cooked a vegetarian dish specially for my mum whom is a vegetarian, whom I'm feel really appreciated!

Cons:

The location was slightly far otherwise everything was positive

Pros:

Celebrated my husband's 50th Bday & requested for a complimentary cake or a small decoration. They obliged sending a surprise cake to the room. Made hubs day😊 Reception staff also gave us a spacious room saying its the best room with good view. Indeed it was spacious & very clean.

Cons:

Shower area drainage was bad. When showering water seeped out to the toilet bowl area. That portion if corrected will be perfect 👌

Avoid the rooms with bath tub
Pros:

Connected to mall

Cons:

Mall isn’t great. Our room comes with a bath tub and I’ll say please avoid this room type. The edge of the tub is so wide it’s so difficult to get in and out. The shower is integrated with the tub. There is no shower screen and shower water will splash out of the tub onto the floor of the bathroom. This is a safety hazard especially for the elderly and children.
