Hotel within mall, everything at your convenience. Staff actually read your requests and granted them. Also had early check in which is great for elderly parents.
Probably the cleanliness of sofa area just outside level 7 breakfast place. Sofa is stained and floor also dirty. Nothing much to fault otherwise.
2nd time here but first time for ramadhan .
Comfy bed ..good location especially for this fasting mth to go to fhe nearest bazaar and also in the mall itself for shopping

Found a cockroach in the room, window view was the roof with all the huge aircon compressors
Awesome stay, only got the wrong view facing inaward (non city view) due to high occupancy

We enjoyed our stay. Spacious room and location is very accessible. There is a huge shopping mall that connected with this hotel and u can spend almost the whole day in the mall to relax and chill. Polite staff 👍
