Review for Hyatt Place Johor
I had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Place Johor. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and very comfortable — a great choice for both leisure and business travelers.
A special mention goes to two reception staff members, Aini and Lawrence, who were incredibly patient and helpful during check-in. We faced an issue when our credit card didn’t work initially during payment, but both of them handled the situation calmly and professionally. They reassured us, guided us through the process, and eventually helped resolve the issue smoothly. Their kindness and dedication truly made a stressful moment much easier.
Overall, the combination of a nice hotel environment and excellent service from staff like Aini and Lawrence made our stay memorable. I would definitely recommend Hyatt Place Johor

Big adjacent mall, decent pools especially for kids. Useful sofa bed. Decent size rooms with table and chair for work.
Car park level is very high up and not free, need to validate at 6RM. Some bedsheets had stains. Breakfast selection limited though decent and local themed.
Highly convenient. Clean, good aesthetics. Well designed bathroom.
The swimming pool is very plain but that’s ok.

Early morning, the mall smells bad and air-conditioning could have been switched on slightly earlier. Around 8.30 instead of after 9.

Location. It is connected to the mall. Individual aircon control, daily housekeeping and replenishment of amenities.
The shower water flow was very slow

observation: limited tv channel options. But would not affect me returning to stay again!
