Good with a sour note
Pros:

I got injured from a faulty bathroom sliding door. Got the wound dressed at 4am and went back to sleep. Woke up to some blood on the sheets.

Management said I had to pay RM50 for the cleaning!

I asked to see Management but they never met me.

I objected to the payment and after I said I was making a claim for medical expenses only then did they waive the RM50!

301-Smell of sewage from toilet, sound from outside of the road, self checkin machine does not work, call no one pick up and need to wait till staff coming back.

Pros:

My fav hotel. So convenient, clean, modern, not typical your budget hotel. Very affordable in the strategic location just opposite sunway pyramid. I stayed here for more than 5 times and i still love this hotel!

Cons:

My remote control wasn’t really working well this time. Might need to change a new ine.

Good value for money
Pros:

Strategic location between Sunway resort hotel, sunway hotel & sunway pyramid shopping mall

Cons:

Hard to find parking & pillow case got many stripped seems hotel can’t afford to replace new one

Using the Automated check-in / out machine is easy but slow. Like the place, will come back again.
Pros:

The room is generally new and nice, there is a common living space at the lift lobby, if you want to sit at the Sofa to read. Rooms are spacious and design is well thought out generally. It is good that they created storage space below bed.

Cons:

The Safe box was locked when I got in the room, I would expect the housekeeping staff to check and unlock it before the next guest arrives. If they had install half a shower screen between the toilet bowl and the shower area, the floor of the toilet would not be so wet after showering. I had to remove the toilet roll, from the holder to prevent it from getting wet.

Pros:

It was next to sunway pyramid mall. Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The bathroom is next to toilet no seperator. No shower holder. Little toilet paper. And have to ask for towel every time.
