Let the guests know the rooms full rather than given them the smelly washroom and can't change a new room.

I booked the Executive Studio, 1 King Bed, City View. However I believe I got their Studio King Suite instead. The reception staff insisted that that’s the room I booked. I was already exhausted and couldn’t bother to pursue for just a 1 night stay. The room’s ok, spacious, comfortable bed and good bathroom, microwave brought to your room for free when requested. The furnitures looks old and outdated like 70s, the rug is dirty, the bathroom sink tap is wobbly. I did like the pool with waterslides (looks quite under maintained). The whole hotel ambience gives outdated and makes you feel if it and the facilities are actually safe?
I hope they’ll work to improve all areas.

I put my heavy luggage there for a short trip to spore and upon returned to c/i, nothing missing. At some hotels i stayed previously, some petty items missing like mini honey , old clothes etc.... very rare for such incidents nvrtheless nothing missing. But i mentioned before, got ciggy smell w my previous check in, strict implementation should be there since the corridor no aircond and there is a healthcare wellness for women and children centre, the smell can seep into the room. I am a smoker but dont like the smell nor smoke in a confined room. At times what to do, such happened even at no smoking floors like some hotels i stayed before.. complaint also still. The windows not all can be opened though for Avenue M. Got a fan to " dilute" the smell. Bfast is simple but not to my liking and till 10am only, i rather sleep after a previous tired day browsing at the malls at jb. There is Beletime Mall w eateries opposite the hotel but if raining then inconvenient, but got a cab like Comfort line which i ever used previously, metered...or grab , just a short trip to a mall to grab a bite . There is a cinema in Beletime if one is " bored" browsing at the malls. Got a supermarket too but if walking, not that relevant.

Breakfast was served tucked away in another building that we had to cross a carpark with construction going on to reach. Furthermore it is un-sheltered and raining so it is difficult to access and got stuck when it poured very heavy and there are no umbrellas to loan to send us back to the hotel building.
No lift in the basement of the carpark.
