Top level hotel with very friendly people in perfect location.
Personnel très agréable et très disponible, c’est peut-être un petit détail mais ils sont tous souriants et très accueillants.
La chambre est spacieuse, propre, la vue est magnifique la nuit avec les lumières des tours.
Le petit déjeuner est très bon, on regrette de ne pas l’avoir fait + souvent.
In the city center every thing is near you
The breakfast was amazing, would highly recommend. It's a buffet and the items are changed from day to day, we liked everything we tried while there. The staff is super polite and attentive without being overbearing.
It would've been nice to have a complimentary (or otherwise) airport shuttle that they help coordinate - we had to take a grab to the hotel.

From beginning I have requested an early check-in but they told it depends on availability, Moreover the view was horrible it is on a construction site and there is no coffee machine and it is 2026 a five stars hotel.
The sheets and towels all had a black spots, the toilet too there was spots on the seat and on the shower too there was something on it. Totally not worth it, does not feel like a 5 stars hotel or like a Crowne Plaza.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a really nice view. The pool was small but quiet and pleasant, and the staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating throughout our stay.
The room had an unpleasant smoke smell when we first entered and the bathroom towels had brown patches on them. However, as soon as we notified the staff, they immediately replaced the towels, which we appreciated.
