Everything is pretty great. Especially the staff. Amazing breakfast with rotating varieties and several service stations including roti, egg and noodle stations. You can also adapt the style of breakfast you want to basically any sort of breakfast. You can eat really healthily if you like.
Main negative is that the pool closes at 10pm. Breakfast coffee could be better. Otherwise an awesome stay.
Great stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. I loved the peaceful atmosphere—would definitely come back.
Honestly, I didn’t have any complaints everything about my stay was great.
The room was large and had a beautiful bathroom. Check in was very polite and efficient. The 2 ladies in the lobby bar, one named Kat, were extremely friendly. Great location with plenty on restaurants and cafes within walking distance as well as KLCC.
The breakfast buffet selection wasvery good , but I think it would be better if tea/coffee was served to you by a server as the machines were not working well the day we were there.

Reservation team aren't cooperative with residents in modification of rooms treated me with tough punishment rules despite of extension of nights .

The club lounge which I sign for was excellent. All the staff was great and the dinner was excellent. Plus point is the staff that make effort to make my stay memorable

L’hôtel est situé à 15 minutes de marche des tours Petronas et du KLCC, enclavé entre un Ibis et des tours résidentielles, d’un côté l’autoroute et des terrains vagues, de l’autre des chantiers de construction reconvertis en parkings et une artère très fréquentée, trottoirs de fortune en plein soleil, aucun commerce autour, contrairement aux autres hôtels de même catégorie qui se trouvent dans un quartier animé, agréable, verdoyant et à même distance des tours ..
Finalement, la seule chose que j’ai aimé était le petit déjeuner excellent, copieux et varié …
Accueil impersonnel dépourvu des petites attentions auxquelles on s’attend dans un établissement de cette catégorie comme serviette et boisson rafraîchissante… le lobby le bar et la conciergerie se partagent un petit hall dont le parfum d’ambiance me rappelait fortement l’odeur de crème à épiler, la chambre était correcte mais là aussi, mini bar vide, aucun snack, juste une bouilloire, quelques sticks de Nescafé et des sachets de thé, 2 bouteilles d’eau, pas de papier à écrire ni crayon … tout est à l’économie …. Je m’attendais à beaucoup mieux pour établissement qui se veut un 5 étoiles ..
The bed is huge and confortable with fluffy pillows.
