Cheap hotel!
Pros:

Staff 👌🏻

Cons:

Unfortunately, I was charged 5 MR for breaking glass water bottle unintentionally. Even though the amount is negligible, however I didn’t like how such five stars hotel treats the customers! With such cheap management call definitely I would never ever think to stay at such cheap hotel.

Pros:

Très belle chambre, avec des draps d'une grande douceur et de très bonne qualité, ce qui m'a permis de passer d’excellentes nuits. La chambre était spacieuse, avec suffisamment de place pour nos valises. La salle de bain était également grande et très propre. Enfin, le personnel était accueillant, professionnel et aux petits soins. Il y a même une belle salle de sport propre et avec une belle vue.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The location was great and very central.

Cons:

The air conditioning wasn’t that good in the rooms and there was no cooling in the elevators which made the room stuffy especially when returning to the room already very hot and uncomfortable from the outside weather conditions and elevator rides were uncomfortable with no cooling or ventilation in them.

Nice people but ultimately terrible service. I got there and it was about a 30 minute wait because they couldn’t find my reservation. When I finally did get through, my room smelled like mildew. They didn’t want to move me to a room that didn’t have that smell initially so they sent someone up with this spray to cover the smell. Mind you mildew smell could mean mold and the smell of the spray even disappeared after a few minutes. Disappointing. There was also a small black device in the hallway which appeared to be something designed to clean the air which indicates staff knows about the smell and still sent me to that floor. Disappointing. Despite that, the doorman are stellar and the front desk staff were kind, just lacking in experience behind the computer which seems to be about half the job.
