Pros:

Moderný hotel a moderná architektúra. Veľkoryso zariadené izby, komfortná kúpeľňa, pohodlne postele, veľmi milý a usluzny personál. Raňajky boli naozaj rôznorodé, studené ci teplé bufety. Hotel má výbornú polohu v blízkosti Petronas Tower ako aj zastávky metra, t.j. do 5-7min pešo.

The location at KLCC was perfect, staff were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable

Cons:

Initially, the air conditioning in the room had a bad smell while it was running the first hour I got into the room but the smell cleared & did not return. I would suggest checking air conditioning system & vents of every room especially those that have not been used, please. Thank you

Pros:

Affordable luxury hotel in a great location. The best part was the breakfast buffet!

Cons:

Traffic is really bad in that area at all hours of the day and night, but that's not the hotel's fault. Just be prepared to factor that in to your plans.

Fantastic
Pros:

Fantastic hotel with an exceptional location, just a few minutes’ walk from the Petronas Towers.

The hotel staff truly deserve the highest praise—from the reception team and the doormen to the wonderful Danny, the concierge, who helped us with absolutely everything we needed, and even more than that. His professionalism and warmth made a real difference to our stay.

Breakfast was extraordinary, the rooms were spotlessly clean, and overall comfort was excellent. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is its people. The staff are without a doubt the hotel’s greatest asset and the main reason we would gladly return.

Tolles Hotel für Sightseeing
Pros:

Sehr gemütliches Zimmer. Sehr gut lärmisoliert.Großer Kühlschrank, bequemes Bett. Helle, moderne Möblierung. Bad mit Regendusche. Frühstücksbuffet sehr lecker und reichhaltig. Kaffeespezialitäten, verschiedene Brotsorten, Gebäck, süße Aufstriche, frisches Obst und warme asiatische Speisen, täglich wechselnd. Nichts, was es nicht gibt! Personal sehr höflich und zuvorkommend!
Lage des Hotels im KLCC,in 5 Gehminuten zu den Petronas Towers. Dort Haltestelle der Hop on Hop off Busse. Restaurants, Shopping Malls, weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten, vieles in der direkten Umgebung.
Super Hotel, sehr empfehlenswert!

Cons:

Marmorboden im Bad wurde in den 6 Tagen Aufenthalt nicht nass gereinigt. Roof top Pool von 19.2.-5.3. wegen Renovierung geschlossen. Das Hotel bot auf Wunsch eine alternative Bademöglichkeit in einem anderen Hotel an.

Desayuno DELICIOSO. De los mejores que me han tocado. Hotel muy bien cuidado y un room service perfecto.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado regulaba mal. A veces hacía demasiado frío o demasiado calor.

Nice hotel
Pros:

Great location

Cons:

Nothing about the hotel I disliked. When I asked about a taxi to the airport though they said they don’t arrange such. Which is fine. They asked a driver outside and he priced the taxi journey at 300ringgit. This was obscene considering I paid 68 ringgit to get there. They said it was due to being before 6am. So, I recommend downloading the grab app, and ordering a taxi yourself. Grab cost me 74 ringgit.

Highly recommended and super amazing location
Pros:

Great atmosphere, super clean and neat facilities and rooms. One of the best locations you can get in Kuala Lumpur as it's close to KLCC and Hot spots in the city
