The facilities are spacious new and well decorated
The breakfast
An old house, in a small town, refurbished very recently with great quality, attention to detail and functionality. The beds and bed linens are very comfortable, large bathroom with good water pressure, a number of modern automations (ventilation, climate control, access), nespresso coffee machine and soft drinks. A top place to stay. The location is uphill and away from attractions, but for us, as bikers, it was perfect. A great restaurant nearby with delicious food. It was perfect.

All"interno di un piccolo e antico borgo, si trova questa struttura restaurata a nuovo con tutti i confort. Camera molto spaziosa ed ampio bagno, completa di tutti i prodotti, frigo, bollitore asciugamani e accappatoi... luci e domotica di ultima generazione con self chech-in. Tutto perfetto, con anche un garage per la nostra moto. Possibilità di fare cena e colazione in Albergo Ristorante poco distante dove abbiamo mangiato benissimo e fatto un'ottima colazione. Proprietari disponibili e simpatici. Peccato aver fatto solo una notte... ma torneremo.

The room was more a small, modern and confortable apartment, so for sure more than what we were expecting!
I had the impression no one really cleaned up our room after our first night: they made the bed, but there was a stain on the floor close to the shower (just soap) that was still there in the evening
