It’s fine but not great
Pros:

The room -pool villa was spacious

Cons:

The resort looks worn -look around and there are weeds and painting that needs to be touched up. The pool (was cleaned -they worked hard to keep it clean) just looked murky all the time. It might be the color of the bottom? But it wasn’t inviting. The breakfast buffet was the worst we experienced (6+) hotels over 30 days -if you’re going to make eggs or pancakes etc in advance, use a warmer as they taste awful cold. When I asked for an egg to be made fresh bc I wanted it warm the person making it had an attitude about it. The desk with the tours -staff there were unpleasant. We had a lot of experience with hotels and staff in 5 different locations and this hotel was the only one where staff didn’t make the experience pleasant

Pros:

Hôtel très sympa pour y rester une journée chill.
Facile d'accès pour se déplacer dans la ville ou pour un pick-up d'excursion.
Ils louent des scooters et ont un tuktuk dans l'hôtel même.

Cons:

Le restaurant du soir n'était pas top, restaurant du petit-déjeuner bof également.
Le tuk tuk nous a pris 4x le prix d'un trajet pour aller en ville.
Il a indiqué que c'était le tarif pour un transfert d'hôtel alors qu'il était à 3min... Pas très correct quand alors que le prenait tous les jours et que la ville ou le port était à 10min environ.
Petit bémol également au niveau de la pression de l'eau, pas de débit constant mais pas non plus dérangeant.

Hotel bardzo ładny na zdjęciach i tylko tyle.

Cons:

Pokoje małe. Woda w basenie pełna olejków do opalania nie zachęca do weǰscia. Na śniadaniu zawsze brakowało herbaty ciągle mieli zamówić. Personel w barze nieuprzejny, oszukiwał na rachunkach. Bardziej byli zęjęci sobą niż klientem.

Das Hotel lädt zum entspannen und relaxen ein

Cons:

Es war den ganzen Tag Personal abgestellt, um das Hotel zu reinigen, leider wurde dabei der Swimmingpool vergessen, er schwammen immer Blätter und andere Sachen im Pool

Very low value for money
Cons:

The pool was very dirty. We had room with pool access and the area of the pool next to the room was very dirty too- therefore we didn’t even use the pool. Stuff of the hotel was unpleasant. The cleaning of the room was decent. Breakfast was very poor, not even served a coffee (coffee is extra charge)

Pros:

La struttura è molto accogliente, ben gestita, pulita e i servizi offerti sono ottimi, abbiamo cenato nel ristorante dove abbiamo mangiato molto bene spendendo poco, la colazione era ricca di opzioni e molto buona, i cocktail del bar buoni e a prezzo conveniente, nel complesso abbiamo passato uno splendido soggiorno e speriamo di avere la possibilità di tornarci in futuro.

Cons:

Mi è dispiaciuto che l’acqua delle piscine fosse molto fredda, perché avendo la possibilità di stare in piscina fino a tardi se l’acqua fosse stata calda avremmo usufruito volentieri della piscina a fine giornata, ma forse è dipeso un po’ dal tempo nuvoloso che abbiamo trovato duramente il soggiorno.

Very lovely resort, great location and good food and drinks, but rooms could be improved
Pros:

Very good food and drinks at a good price with consistent food quality. Lovely and spacious resort which was kept clean and tidy, very lush greenery, and great pool spaces. We were very well attended to and looked after by the staff, who were all very lovely, attentive and happy to assist. Really great location just outside of town. Loved the free daily breakfast which had different options every morning. Really appreciated that staff provided lots of bottled water every day for no charge.

Cons:

We had some issues with the showers in both of the rooms we stayed in, with one shower flooding and leaking water across the room. The other shower did not have a consistent temperature and always produced either lukewarm or cold water, which was not pleasant at times. While the bedding was comfortable, it was not thoroughly cleaned and was stained.

Molto apprezzata la camera e la pulizia all’interno.
Ottimo accoglienza da parte del personale front desk, attenti e premurosi.

Cons:

Avendo scelto la stanza più bella con accesso alla piscina mi è dispiaciuto vedere che era una continua manutenzione: pittura, rivestimento dei pavimenti delle terrazze private (durante le ore di sole pomeridiano di utilizzo piscina) e in compenso scarsa pulizia dell’acqua della piscina (non mi riferisco alle normali foglie che essendo immerso tra il verde e normale trovare).

Ristorante e colazione non all’altezza delle aspettative per una struttura di quel livello.

Lekker maar er zijn nog wel verbeterpunten

Mooie ruime kamers met faciliteiten. Het zwembad.

Cons:

Dat niet àlles verkrijgbaar was zoals bier, dranken en eten. De voorraad was niet voldoende voor het aantal gasten. Er werd iedere dag wel gezegd dit is niet meer verkrijgbaar. Bedjes bij het zwembad buiten het water met parasol zijn niet voldoende voor het aantal gasten. Ook bij het de kamers die direct aan het zwembad liggen zijn er geen parasols.

Pros:

Da localização. Apesar de afastado de Coron em 10 min estamos no centro. E assim longe da confusão.

Cons:

Tem tudo para ser óptimo mas falha em muitas coisas. Maioria dos empregados não sabia o que andava a fazer. Simpatia não abunda. E a piscina é tudo menos uma piscina. Parece um charco. Era metido cloro mas a água não era filtrada pois estava bastante turva.

Comfortable hotel with great facilities
Pros:

Friendly staff and great facilities

Cons:

Breakfast was included but as we had to leave early to catch our flight, we requested for the sandwich packing option. However, we couldn’t get a coffee with the sandwich. The staff asked us to pay which is not acceptable given the breakfast is supposed to be included…

Also, we found the building and furnitures a bit old.
