Prijs/ kwaliteit is helemaal niet in verhouding en we hebben jammer genoeg veel betaald!
Pros:

We hadden een huisje aan het zwembad! De kamer was prachtig, maar het personeel liet toch wat steken vallen. Ze konden niet zo heel goed engels.

Cons:

Als je goed begint rond te kijken zie je toch dat er wat zaken mogen opgeknapt worden.
We vonden het personeel niet zo heel behulpzaam! We hadden een transfer in het hotel geregeld om naar de luchthaven te rijden, maar hij was te laat, als we dan om informatie vroegen, keken ze ons en zeiden enkel yes, maar geen uitleg. Toen hij er eindelijk was vergaten ze van het hotel onze koffers. Die we dan zelf zijn gaan halen en in het busje gezet hebben. We zijn daar drie nachten verbleven, maar we hebben zeker al in de andere goedkopere hotels verbleven die een veel betere service gaven.

They dont entertain customer request, requested to stay another hour while waiting for their inhouse airport transfer, they dont let us since they are full which a straight up lie, I saw a lot of vacant rooms during our entire stay. Its my bf’s bday celebration so its quite sad.

Very comfortable hotel to come home to each night.
Pros:

Very comfortable beds and lovely room. Beautiful pool area and great entertainment most nights.

A beautiful setting and relaxing stay overall!
Pros:

We had such a lovely stay overall. The reception staff were genuinely wonderful , so warm, helpful, and accommodating throughout and they were even able to arrange transport into town for us within minutes, which made everything feel really easy and stress-free.

The rooms were spotless, spacious, and had absolutely gorgeous views, it really felt like waking up in a little slice of paradise. The pool areas were also a highlight, beautifully maintained and such a relaxing place to spend the day.

Cons:

The only area that could be improved was our experience with food orders at lunch. On a couple of occasions, our orders were brought out incorrectly despite us clearly requesting small changes.

For example, I asked for a pizza without olives and double-checked this, but it still arrived with olives. When I mentioned it, the visible olives were removed, but there were still olives baked into the pizza underneath the cheese. Similarly, I ordered a chicken sandwich without mayonnaise, which was repeated back to me correctly, but it still arrived with mayonnaise.

It wasn’t a major issue in the grand scheme of our stay, but a bit more attention to specific dietary requests would really elevate the experience.

No vale lo que pagas
Pros:

Nos gustó que estuviera apartado del centro. La habitación era grande y tenía todo lo necesario. El check in fue rápido y bueno.

Cons:

Había mucho ruido de obras durante todo el día. La piscina no tiene muchas hamacas a la sombra para todos los clientes. No siempre podías encontrar sitio. Las bridas en la piscina no eran las mejores ni tenían gran variedad. Las papeleras donde se podía fumar siempre estaban llenas y no cabía ni un cigarro mas. Estuvimos 4 días y en los 4 días nunca se vaciaron.
El desayuno no tenía variedad ninguna.
En nuestro pasillo habían vasos en el suelo del bar y estuvieron los 4 días sin recoger.

hotel calme mais je n'y reviendrai pas

bel ensemble hotelier calme loin du bruit de la ville et des klaxons.

Cons:

Menage à revoir, le lavabo était bouché, la clim était remplie de fourmis et elles formaient un tapis noir au sol tellement il y en avait. pas d'eau chaude pour se doucher le soir. Pas de service de transfert gratuit pour aller à la ville. Pas de navette hotel- aeroport (il a fallu payer). Le petit déjeuner était moyen avec des suppléments à rajouter. Bref pour un reasort c'était très limite.
