Op zich mooi opgezet en kamers prima

Cons:

Personeel niet klantgericht. Staan ongeïnteresseerd op hun telefoon of verwijzen je door naar een collega terwijl ze zelf niets staan te doen. Vliegen bij het ontbijt in het restaurant.

Cons:

L’hôtel a mal vieilli, bien que nous ayons pris une chambre confort, on a trouvé la chambre très standard. Les prix du bar et restaurant assez élevé. Le petit déjeuner moyen.

Resorten låg en bit från stan. Allt på resorten var dyrt jämfört med övriga Coron. Poolen verkade dåligt underhållen. Det var ofta slut på viss mat eller dryck. De blandade ofta ihop eller man fick fel i beställning av mat eller dryck. Lång väntetid på mat.Dyrt att boka utflykter via resorten.

Great stay and service
Pros:

Staff were very helpful. We were able to organise last minute tours, snorkeling hire, airport pick ups and order tricycles to get us into town through them easily. Tricycles were always consistent in price so I think they regulate this for tourists.

Live music every night which elevated the experience for us. They have different dinner options every night, we were there for the steak night buffet and the food was amazing!! They have a great selection on their menu at their bar for food and drinks. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet as it was different each morning, there were a mix of western and local cuisine which had food that I wouldn’t typically have for breakfast back home eg spring rolls, noodles - but that’s part of the experience when you travel and there are no rules of when is an appropriate time to eat certain dishes. I appreciate the effort in the food they make, the selection they have and are introducing, over bacon and eggs.

Rooms and bathroom were a decent size, good storage and clean!

Love the pool area and plenty of different seating options by the pool that are both in and out of the shade!

Cons:

Located further out of the main town center, but you can easily get a tricycle and it’s only about a 15 min ride. This is not the property’s fault

Pros:

Hôtel très beau, mais en revanche, il n’est pas suffisamment entretenu dommage. De plus, une vache est installée dans l’hôtel en plein soleil sans eau ni nourriture….

Veldig hard seng og bassengene var relativt skitne. I tillegg til noe bygging i et fjell som ga mye støy

We loved the staff, their energy and they were always helping if needed. All the facilities were clean and the food was really good!

Enjoyable and relaxing stay.
Pros:

The breakfast selection was good. Location is okay. Transportation is easy to get for town excursions. Staff is helpful.

Cons:

The color of the swimming pool. It looks dirty so we did not swim at all. Suggest to replace it with tiles.
