Lanson Place Mall of Asia Manila

> The hotel is new, clean, and modern, with fresh rooms and a pleasant lobby. Club Lounge access was a nice benefit, although the pool was quite small.

> Breakfast offered a good variety, and I especially liked the whole-grain bread. Unfortunately, it took a long time to get coffee, and when it finally arrived, it was only lukewarm.

> Most of the staff were friendly, but the front desk experience was chaotic and uncoordinated. I was asked to pay again for breakfast that had already been paid for, and some front desk staff seemed poorly trained and not genuinely welcoming. I would like to mention the two ladies in green dress who was always smiling and genuinely trying to help. Also, the housekeeping staff deserves to be mentioned. Always courteous and they did a great job.

> The rooms were very noisy. However, the duty manager was very professional and handled noise and partying in a neighboring room in an excellent way.

Overall, the place looks great, however, for this price class, I think the service should be improved.

The room was exceptionally clean and well maintained with a very comfortable bed. The staff were friendly, approachable and accommodating throughout stay. The Housekeeping team were always smiling and greeted me every time which made the experience even more pleasant.

The only challenges I encountered was the request system on staypls which did not seem to function properly. I requested an iron and board and click the option now but the request has not been acknowledge, and I had to follow up by phone after waiting for more than 30 minutes for it to be delivered.

Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely choose to stay here again.

A truly wonderful stay. The hotel was elegant, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The staff were warm and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Excellent service, great amenities, and a relaxing atmosphere highly recommended.

i had an amazing festive latte at thr BLK 12 cafe inside of this hotel by Cee that barista. definitely recommend. The best hotel coffee. It was so soothing and refreshing

Overall, it was an exceptional first-time stay at Lanson Place Mall of Asia. The 2-bedroom suite was spacious and clean. Lounge access was a bonus, featuring a good selection of breakfast items. More importantly, the staff were all gracious, extending warm greetings and smiles. Special thanks to Ms. Marian, Mr. Miguel, Mr. Cedrick, and Mr. Kervin, who stood out in delivering excellent customer service during our stay.

stayed on the long stay apartment for one month. Very good room and the facilities and dinner buffet is fantastic. Suggest to improve the chooices for the breakfast menu of the long stay apartments. Many thanks to Ms.Rose the housekeeping lady. Her smile every morning chears the day.

This Christmas, we stayed at Lanson Place Mall of Asia. We availed of their Christmas holiday promo which comes with a free breakfast at Cyan Modern Kitchen. The room provided to us was very spacious and clean. It has a small kitchen and a regular-sized refrigerator. The toilet has an automatic bidet. The hotel staff are very courteous and accommodating.

Our only concern was the long queues during breakfast. Maybe Lanson can emulate what other hotels do during peak season such as utilizing their events places or meeting rooms as an extension of the breakfast buffet. Good thing on our third day, they set up the courtyard to accommodate more diners.

All good to this place very good and friendly staff and they always smile with us here.. Love this place..Excellent service

Me and my besties stayed here overnight and it was the best! From Cleanliness,ambiance,facilities and staff are accomodating esp. KERVIN,REY,JERIC & GODFREY for giving their best service, they deserve to be commended🙂

We had a great day spending our holidays together at Lanson! All staff are very welcoming. All showed genuine smiles. From the security to front desk staff, f&b staff and housekeeping are very responsive and really helpful! Thanks to Jeric, Rey, Godfrey and Kervin for assisting us during our stay.

Not your ordinary staycation with friends and we enjoyed the amenities. The room is clean and spacious. We had fun doing our activities and time flew while staying there. We really want to extend our stay! Hoping to come back soon! Best place to unwind, spending time with family and friends!

Elle is a delight to see and will treat you like a local celebrity! I came for the wonderful breakfast buffet at the Lanson Place Cyan Modern Kitchen but stayed particularly for Elle's more traditional style of providing exceptional guest service! I left with a belly full of good food and my heart filled with joy. Thank you, Elle!

We visited the restaurant, Cyan, without staying at the hotel, but after this experience, we’re definitely hoping to try their rooms in the future. Our buffet dining experience was very enjoyable. While the selection wasn’t very extensive, the quality of the food stood out. Everything was served warm, and we honestly didn’t come across a single dish that we didn’t like.

The service truly elevated the experience. The staff was attentive, courteous, and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our visit. Kudos to the chefs for the consistently flavorful dishes, and special thanks to Micah, our server, for the warm, friendly, and efficient service.

Overall, it was a pleasant and satisfying dining experience that left a great impression on us. We hope to be back soon! Happy holidays 🎄

Beautiful, modern hotel. Two minute walk to Mall of Asia. The staff at this hotel makes this very special. They made me feel right at home during Christmas time. One in particular, Erin, her smile and charm is always there waiting to greet you. She is warm and friendly as are all of the hosts at this hotel. I highly recommend this place. Lanson Place.

Though we did not stay at the hotel, my daughters and myself managed to dine at Bytes, one of Lanson's signature dining venues, just for a change, and we did not regret that decision to dine there. Their food is most filling and more importantly fulfilling. Thanks also to Ms Joy, Bytes outlet manager, for that brief chat where she introduced what Bytes is all about.
