Wynwood Hotel

Staff made us easy to extend our stay.

Always coming back in this hotel because I like their breakfast set up! Jhay the waiter is very helpful and always gave a welcoming smile, they’re so attentive.

The room was spacious and clean. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming from the security guards at the entrance to the housekeeping staff. The daily breakfast had very nice options. The Podium and SM Megamall are less than 10 minutes of walking distance away. I really enjoyed my stay here and will definitely stay here again!

Bed was very comfortable. Fresh slippers, robes, linens, and bottled water every day. 5/5

The "fridge" was just a chiller, not a true refrigerator. The TV had very limited movie options. For the best room type in the hotel, tjis was surprising amd disappointing. 2/5

Walking distance to SM Mega mall, but traffic can be very slow. A 7-11 is just half a block away. 4/5

The food in the Starbucks lobby was mediocre at best. 3/5. We didnt try the drinks.

The free breakfast buffet in the 3rd-floor Cafe offered a wide variety every day. However, sometimes the food was stale, or room temperature, or not tasty. Had to ask for food to be reheated several times. 2.5/5

The after-breakfast menu was ok, but the food was also not impressive. 3/5

Would i stay there again? Absolutely.
Would i eat in the cafe after breakfast? No.

Not high end property, but meet all the essentials for business traveller. I book a deluxe room which is roomy. Furnishing is not high-end but it is clean and everything works 9(wifi, lighting, bathrooms). Breakfast selection is limited but decent and enjoyable. Easy to call for hail riding and lobby security is very helpful. For the price I paid compared to adjacent 5 stars, it is good value from service level perspective.

Air conditioner was too strong and cold. Better to have more adjustable temperature range for Japanese like me.

Bathroom wasn’t bad, but adjusting shower temperature to my favorite wasn’t easy.

I hope that bathroom has big bottles shampoo and shower gel. Provided gel container was so tiny.

Overall staff service was good. They were friendly to us. Thank you.

Value for money accommodation. Close to everything.

The common areas of the hotel seemed a little dated but it is a nice place, excellent and filling hot breakfast buffet and the location was perfect with the SM Megamall, MRT stations, 24hr food options and laundry places all within walking distance. The staff was so nice, espcially Chell our waitress in the breakfast buffet. She also works at the Starbucks in the hotel. I would happily stay again in the future.

It was all good not until our last night that I forgot to add my husband in the guest list but they know very well that during our stay am always with him…. they charged me additional amount without consideration! I have to reconsider if I want to stay again or not in our next vacation.
