The staffs are very polite, the lobby is clean, the location is very accessible and the place is quiet. The water pressure is strong and the hot water was adequate. The bed is very comfortable. We love the balcony set up next to our room.
No one can help us carry our luggage to the room, fortunately, my Brother-In-Law was with us. The first night we were there, there was a cockroach in the bathroom at 2am. The second night, there were many tiny ants crawling up at the bathroom sink. I have informed the staff at the reception the next day. The receptionist wanted me to leave the room key with them if we go out and I politely refused it because I told her what if something goes missing from our room, who should we blame? So she just let us be. The WiFi is not stable.

Overall I had a decent experience. The staff were courteous and helpful, which made my stay more pleasant. The hotel and rooms were clean, though I felt there was still a bit of room for improvement in terms of thoroughness…
One aspect I found inconvenient was the policy of having to leave the room key at the front desk every time you go out.
Other than that, it was a comfortable stay and good for the price.

It would be nice if you have elevator especially for the customer who can’t climb the stairs,But you have Excellent customer service.
Comfortable, hot shower, the staff was very accommodating and helpful.
This is my 3rd stay here. They have an infestation of small ants. I mentioned this before. It wouldn't take much for management to exterminate them. You can actually find a eco-friendly spray to keep them away. It would make my stays so much better instead of finding them crawling on my things.
Overall room was a good size, clean and comfortable. Easy walk to shops and Mall, with parking at front.

Really lovely hotel with kind staff. Only thing differed from listing is that the coffee shop on first floor is closed. But 7-11 a couple blocks away and a nice karaoke resto-bar one block away.

our room faces the main road so we can hear the sounds of vehicles passing by. these sounds woke us up in the middle of the night or very early in the morning
