Great stay again. Always recommend
Overall I had a decent experience. The staff were courteous and helpful, which made my stay more pleasant. The hotel and rooms were clean, though I felt there was still a bit of room for improvement in terms of thoroughness…
One aspect I found inconvenient was the policy of having to leave the room key at the front desk every time you go out.
Other than that, it was a comfortable stay and good for the price.

It would be nice if you have elevator especially for the customer who can’t climb the stairs,But you have Excellent customer service.
Comfortable, hot shower, the staff was very accommodating and helpful.
This is my 3rd stay here. They have an infestation of small ants. I mentioned this before. It wouldn't take much for management to exterminate them. You can actually find a eco-friendly spray to keep them away. It would make my stays so much better instead of finding them crawling on my things.
Overall room was a good size, clean and comfortable. Easy walk to shops and Mall, with parking at front.

Really lovely hotel with kind staff. Only thing differed from listing is that the coffee shop on first floor is closed. But 7-11 a couple blocks away and a nice karaoke resto-bar one block away.

our room faces the main road so we can hear the sounds of vehicles passing by. these sounds woke us up in the middle of the night or very early in the morning

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable and well lit, where needed. A cafe is attached to the lobby. Very happy with my stay!
