Pros:

I took cold showers all week because they have no hot water!! I booked this hotel because their website advertised it was a 5 minute walk to Burnham Park. It is actually 23 minutes very close to vehicular traffic!!! The air con did not get very cold. When the door is closed, anyone outside our room could see all the way across our room because of a space between the door and door jam. I called hotels.com the second day of my stay requesting to cancel the remainder of my stay. The lady I spoke to said she would have to call the hotel the next morning but it should not be a problem. She said I would receive an email so I could proceed with booking another hotel. I never heard back from her and I never received an email. I stayed the whole trip taking cold showers every day!!! Will not stay here again and after using hotels.com for many years I will not use them again. They left me in a horrible situation and obviously did not care about me business.
