The AC was inadequate for the room to cool down and the hotel has a limited parking space. Staff were helpful and friendly though.

Pros:

The bathroom was not very clean. There was mildew around the sink and on shower head. The staff immediately addressed the situation. They assigned me another room which was much cleaner. They went out of their way to make sure I had an enjoyable stay. I will stay there the next time I’m in Tacloban City.

The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. My only disappointment was the wayer was only not cold. Not really even warm for the shower.

I liked this hotel. The room is complete with the things I need. Has fridge, which is useful when staying more than a day. Most importantly, it is clean and staff are wonderful.

Breakfast was cold had to ask for coffee several times the container at the breakfast area was empty the Lady that is at the front desk when entering the hotel did not acknowledge myself or my wife several times when entering the hotel not even a hello or welcome we are seniors I think we at least deserve that much! Will not recommend this hotel to anyone that I know
