Pros:

Cannot get WiFi info the first night, bed,blanket are so bad, microwave not working but was changed to a new the following day.

Property owner is approachable, unit is complete with amenities you need for your stay (towel, bath soap, utensils, plates, microwave oven and ref. Have an overlooking view at taal lake too.

Pros:

Unit was tidy, and well maintained. Any problems were solved quickly. Location is good but like most of the philippines traffic noise is high! Suggested improvements would be a real mattress on the bed instead of foam. Otherwise no problems here at all!
