The hotel was great and in an almost perfect location I like it a lot I would definitely stay again .. didn’t give it a full five stars because they weren’t so big on changing the sheets and towels and the WiFi was no bueno for streaming movies or music

Limited available parking. Old towels, bedsheets has a lot of hairs probably not changed or poor laundry service. Shower heater is not working well. Good thing about this hotel is near to famous destination in town.

While the hotel’s location is convenient, the room conditions and housekeeping service left me disappointed. I hope the management will consider these issues, as better room maintenance and responsive housekeeping could greatly enhance the guest experience.

Recommendation:
If you prioritize location over room comfort, Cebu Capitol Central Hotel may still be worth considering. However, if cleanliness and a pleasant room environment are important to you, you may want to explore other options until improvements are made.

Staff are respectful and courteous.

There are too many things wrong with this hotel to mention. First, when I checked in and paid the deposit, the hotel clerk warned me not to get blood stains on the linens or I would loose the deposit!!!! Also, the CR had a strong sewage smell and a few bugs, snot stains on the wall next to the bed, broken floor tile in the hallway, and many poorly done repairs. There is no view from the window except that of an exterior wall with cracked and broken glass block. I wouldn't go back if they paid me.

Very satisfied with my one night stay. Clean, quiet, comfortable bed. That’s all I needed. The hotel is located in a very congested area near the capitol site, so take that into consideration in terms of getting around.
