I was frustated because after my email and phone calls nobody ever responded to me
Pros:

I made my booking and paid for my stay in Philippines for one night. I made a special request through email, requesting for a early check in at 4: 00am on the 29th of November, since I was transitting from Thailand, Bangkok. An d checking out early on the same date but 8:00pm in the evening. Nobody responded to my email. they said to call the Properity. I did call the properity several time with no response.
Thinking my booking was confirmed, I went here upon my arrival and to my surprise, Iwas charged another additional fee of 1200.00 Pessos for my early check inn. I explained I did send an email explaining my special request since I was to transit in Manila for a couple of hours.
I paid for one night stay and did not even use the facility. My money wasted because of the channel of communication.
Really frustrating and the front office staffs are unfriendly and of no help at all.

Frustrated customer.

Cons:

For international customer, staffs should start responding to emails and asnwer phone call and made us aware of our booking before our actual time of arrival.

very poor network signal. wifi is very poor. price is expensive for the room quality. bidet is not really working properly. Sink does not drain properly. No hot water from the shower. Outdated.

Cons:

Room 319 AC needs maintenance cause its not cold at all. Bedsheets, towel, pillow case needs to be replace, has stains and it does not look clean to be honest. It would be better if the also put white lights in the room as options to the yellow lights they installed already. And lastly they could have asked the customer if they wanted to stay in a room together with some rooms that they allowed for smoking.
