Our 3-day stay was wonderful and memorable. I would recommend this place to friends and relatives.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast. Excellent services. Very friendly and respectful staff the whole time we stayed. The floor was cleaned and floor corners was sprayed to rid of the ants. Bed sheets and pillowcases were clean.

Cons:

There was a dead cockroach on the floor when we arrived. Also there were some ants on the floor as well.

There are more value for money options in Ormoc.
Pros:

Helpful, friendly staff.

Cons:

Original room did not meet expectations, was offered an upgrade at extra cost. We took the upgrade but felt the extra cost was excessive. TV reception was poor, had to contact staff several times to reset device.

I like the hotel, management need to do better with regards to the damp towels and cold breakfast.
Pros:

The staff as usual in the Philippines are great friendly and helpful

Cons:

The first time I stayed the towels were extremely damp, they changed them. The second time I stayed the towels were not damp but not exactly bone dry either . The breakfast in the room is a great idea. However when it came ,it was cold.
